I was able to squeeze in even though being 15 minutes late.I received what I wanted to hear & now I can get what I need done next week no long wait! Staff was straight to the point ?? I do have a like/dislike with dental clinics!

The staff were great from the receptionist to the dentist herself. They made me feel welcomed and talked me through the whole process. Highly recommend anyone looking for a dental office to go to.

Very efficient operation with the patients concerns at the forefront of my initial visit. Dr Carly is a very talented Dentist and the entire staff made my visit very comfortable. This is a great choice for family Dentistry. I will recommend Mebane Aspen Dental to all my friends and family with a SMILE. Aspen Dental is definitely represented very well by the outstanding performance of this entire group of Dental Professionals.

Just awful! I've been going here for years, but they have new staff today. They wasted my time taking all new x-rays and when I asked why they are taking all the x-rays I was told, "We do this for all our new patients." I told them I'm not a new patient, I've been going here for years. I showed the "so called" dentist my partial, which Aspen had made me and told them that I had gotten my partial at Aspen. Rather than check my Aspen chart, the rude dentist remarked, "You could have gotten that partial anywhere". What a bunch incompetent zeros. I will find a new dental office. They treated a faithful customer like a liar and a stranger.

I have been pleased going to Aspen related to my teeth, but not my pocketbook. During recent visits I was asked to pay $200 something that I didn’t owe and last week asked to pay $30, rather than arguing, as the office was full, I paid. When I contacted the business office it was noted that I was owed $25 so I commented that I should be getting a refund of $55 as the $30 hadn't shown up in "my ledger" we are going to discuss this next week.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for just over a year. Had problems with another local dentist office. I was having work done on my teeth when I walked into Aspen. The staff and Dr. Carly were great. They were patient and accommodating making sure to explain everything to me.

Will try and charge you without your consent. Won’t be able to get an appointment. Office is very condescending and no help. Ask for an appointment you’ll have to wait a week. If you enjoy being a science or social experiment come to this one if you want to be treated like a human maybe try a different dentist

My experience was pleasant with Mebane NC AspenDental until this last encounter. I had to reschedule my previous appointment to another date then confirmed this new date and time with a new person via phone call. Unfortunately, this confirmation was never noted per the receptionist. Therefore, when I arrived to this new appointment (on time), the receptionist informed me that I would have to reschedule my appointment because “according to their notes, I never verbally confirmed this appointment” and because they already gave my appointment to someone else!How can you give away someone’s appointment who wasn’t late nor cancelled? This is Very rude! Very disappointing! Very disregarding ! The receptionist was very dismissive!Not to mention AspenDental continued to send reminders up until to the day of the appointment confirming that my appointment was still available ! AspenDental wasted my entire day! The only saving grace to Mebane NC AspenDental is the dentist and Hygienist I had experienced before this horrible experience, otherwise I would tell you find somewhere else immediately

Dentist that attended me for my wisdom teeth removal and for a filling. Forceful opened my mouth. After the fact I have jaw problems. Also scratched me with one of his tools. I was told not to worry about the bill yet I was sent a statement.

I was trying to schedule dentist appointments. Even before ransomware attack. No call back for voice mail. When you randomly reach a live person they ask for all insurance to verify and never call back. One time even they gave us treatment plan for over $2k but then when we want to do the work you cannot get it scheduled due to lack of communication. I cannot imagine how this would work in case of emergency. We need a dentistry which can do basic communication.For owner/responsible person for reading reviews: do not write here call me at phone nr ... we would like to fix it .. your team had probably 20+ opportunities and about 10+ voice mails and emails.

So far so good! Initial visit was pleasant and informative. I actually felt comfortable (odd for me at a dentist)… This really didn’t feel like the usual clinical dentist office setting! Second visit (next day) impressions were taken (I’d already been thinking dentures), and picked color for teeth! Quick, easy and also pleasant… they move fast, no waste of time. By the way, nothing is cheap these days, so I’d wanted to seek some financing. That was offered in house, quick and easy to apply and approval for my whole procedure was fast… minutes.Next was scheduling appt for extraction. Wanted time to mentally prepare, so in a few days…. Can’t wait to be rid of my lifelong dental saga (a real nightmare since a child). I will follow up this review once completed! But, so far, I have to say Aspen Dental is very much recommended by me!

Posting on behalf of my 85 year old grandmother who had a set of dentures made at the Mebane office which did not fit correctly. The Mebane Office and the Burlington Office were both notified less than 24 hours later that they were incorrect and causing both her jaw and ear pain. She was then told that it would be over a week before they could get her in to have them adjusted. When asked why they were so busy they responded just that they were booked solid for adjustment appointments. It must be common practice for them to make the dentures incorrectly the first time round! Neither the office staff at either location nor management seemed concerned that she was in pain or that the wait time for an appointment was exorbitant. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER PATIENTS WHO MAY NOT HAVE SOMEONE TO ADVOCATE FOR THEM.
