Sometimes it's difficult encountering true customer service, and/or just someone genuinely interested in going that extra mile for they're customers. I encountered such a person (Alex) at the att office in mebane.
I walk in, already in a mood cause I spilled my cup of coffee without so much as that 1st sip. On top of that, I couldn't get so much as a sim card tray for my phone...in comes Alex!
Making this long story short, Alex was patient with my (at 1st) less than positive attitude, not only handled my electronic (and attitude) problem with pure professionalism, but I went out the door laughing. Good job att for hiring an excellent employee. Don't know how your pay system works....but might be time for a raise....or at the very least a bonus.

ATT-Mebane, NC…the best experience I’ve had with any phone store.. Here’s why, my rep/Tech Brianna was outstanding.
Explained exactly what she was doing was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend her if anyone needs assistance. Our next visit, we will only work with Brianna.
BTW: the rest of the staff was friendly and engaging.

Brianna was absolutely fantastic. She was by far the best AT&T rep we have dealt with over the years. She was knowledgeable, patient, and ran the store in a very professional manner. AT&T is fortunate to have such a great customer service representative and we will continue to go back to this store because of the great service we received from Brianna! Working by herself in what was a very busy store today needs to be recognized with a hefty raise!!! Thanks so much Brianna!

went in and stood around for 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged that I was even there. I asked about what I needed and got no response… Not sure what was going on today.

Bryce and Dianne at the ATT store Mebane NC provided excellent service. They helped me with my mobility scooter access into store and they took time to trouble shoot all the issues I was having with my Apple Watch and syncing issues I was having with my iPhone. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service and patience they provided.

Went to add a new line and replace my phone to use old one as house phone. Was told I had to have insurance on new phone( account already had insurance) . Then told that to add a line the new line would have to be under premium plan not standard that all my other lines had but that I could change it to the standard plan after in the app if I wanted. Had to leave because they continued to push their narrative and tried to take advantage of me. Went to another store in Burlington and the person there was completely opposite. She offered things but did not make me think I had no choices. Got my phone and new line no hassle. Even told me my insurance would cover free battery replacement. Mebane store made it sound like I would have to pay for it.I will never go to this store again. I do not trust them and they seem more interested in money than helping people.

With more satellites And towers in the area. For the price and coverage, ATT is doing great. This storage super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Zero complaints and only praise. A rarity in this day and time

My family and I came in yesterday around 3pm. We walked in and there was two women that were being helped by the one employee there. So we sat down at the table to wait. Another lady came in and practically jumped infront of us stating to the employee that she needed to pay a bill. I was hoping the employee would state that he would help us first but he did not. He didn’t even know what we needed. He proceeds to help that woman that walked in after us. (And we were waiting for about 20 minutes). I’m not sure why he didn’t help us first before her. There should be more employees in there as well. He was the only one in there. Customer service is not the best after that encounter.
