Went to add a new line and replace my phone to use old one as house phone. Was told I had to have insurance on new phone( account already had insurance) . Then told that to add a line the new line would have to be under premium plan not standard that all my other lines had but that I could change it to the standard plan after in the app if I wanted. Had to leave because they continued to push their narrative and tried to take advantage of me. Went to another store in Burlington and the person there was completely opposite. She offered things but did not make me think I had no choices. Got my phone and new line no hassle. Even told me my insurance would cover free battery replacement. Mebane store made it sound like I would have to pay for it.I will never go to this store again. I do not trust them and they seem more interested in money than helping people.

With more satellites And towers in the area. For the price and coverage, ATT is doing great. This storage super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Zero complaints and only praise. A rarity in this day and time

My family and I came in yesterday around 3pm. We walked in and there was two women that were being helped by the one employee there. So we sat down at the table to wait. Another lady came in and practically jumped infront of us stating to the employee that she needed to pay a bill. I was hoping the employee would state that he would help us first but he did not. He didn’t even know what we needed. He proceeds to help that woman that walked in after us. (And we were waiting for about 20 minutes). I’m not sure why he didn’t help us first before her. There should be more employees in there as well. He was the only one in there. Customer service is not the best after that encounter.

They close before the time they promote online and on the door! It clearly says open to 7pm, if the employees are lazy and irresponsible then maybe consider hiring some other. The fact they answered my call a few seconds before I showed up is crazy! I know I hate last minute costumers as well but life happens and I believe you should run the business until the closing time not stop 15 -20 mins before. I will be reporting this to the higher up, Mebane always had the trashiest place.

Bryce was extremely friendly and helpful when we went in to upgrade our phones. He patiently and clearly answered our many questions about phone specs and plan options. We ended up with new phones and a better data plan all while paying less per month thanks to his work finding discounts for us. We were very satisfied with our visit and will absolutely return to this location for our future needs.

My phone died suddenly and the stores manager (her name escapes me) was so awesome! She spent over an hour with me working through some complicated issues. She was kind, patient and well informed and saved me some money on my phone bill. Best phone store experience by far!!!

I just read a review by Josh Wood who visited this store a month ago. I can only say DITTO to EVERYTHING he said!!!! Destiny was EXCELLENT!!! She managed to handle different customers at the same time without anyone having to wait longer than a half hour. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful!!! Thank you again Destiny for your help and kindness!!

The new store manager Destiny is a joke. She’s rude and condescending to her employees and seems like a horrible person to work for. I worked in the cellphone industry for 10 years and I would have never treated my team the way she does. Save yourself some time and find another location. Also a lot of the 5 star reviews for this location are current employees of the company just boosting the rating bc they are graded on it as a metric to meet bonus. So don’t be fooled.
