Do not go here. Offered a $200 promotion that I was supposed to get 2 months ago. Still fighting with Boost over that. Update: 6/1/23. Called the number Boost responded with. They said they don’t know why Boost provided this number as they cannot do anything except for process a payment. Attempted to cancel Boost and they can’t do that either. Filed a BBB complaint.

Drove from Roxboro NC for help with my dead LG Stylo 6, but eventually had to continue to the Burlington NC location for incredibly poor customer service there. I arrived at the Mebane Oaks location, to find a "back in 15 minutes" sign on the door. After waiting 45 minutes, I decided they were 'exaggerating' to put it kindly, and left.

Awful customer service.A couple of weeks ago I walked into the store. There were two employees and no one else. My son and I looked at iPhones expecting to pay anywhere between 350 and $500. The The employees continue to talk among themselves not acknowledging us at all. In the 15 to 20 minutes we were looking at the phones they said nothing to us. Maybe because we are white?I would rate this place a zero but it will not allow me.I did purchase a new iPhone 8 Plus but not from this store

Had been with boost mobile for 2 years and had the same phone which was the Stylo 4 plus and I had paid for full coverage insurance on my phone and not long into my 2nd year with this place I decided to finally upgrade my phone to the Samsung A20 and I had absolutely loved it!! Unfortunately the second day of having that phone I had fallen and the phone hit the ground and the screen cracked...I was so upset! So I go to the insurance website to file my claim and it took almost 3 hours with and so many freezing issues with the site I was finally able to submit my claim. Two days later I received an email from the insurance company stating that my claim had been denied bc my claim was "fraudulent'!! I immediately call their customer service number and spoke with a representative that had told me that she had sent a message of escalation to her supervisor and that she would call me back when she had gotten instructions from her supervisor. The very next day I finally got a call from the representative and she instructed me to file another claim but to do so over the phone...so I immediately do what she said to...and not even one hour later I get a reply email saying that they would absolutely NOT replace my brand new phone because my initial claim was fraudulent!! So imagine just how mad and upset I was at this point!! I then call the insurance company again and I get absolutely nowhere! So then I call Boost Mobile in Mebane where I had purchased my very first phone and the best plan plus the phone insurance (that I had paid $7/month since my first day with this company and had never filed one claim until now!) I explain the issue and situation to not one...not two...not even three...but FOUR reps in that store and still go nowhere! So then I call Boost Mobile's toll free customer service line and after telling the entire story to I know at least 5 reps I was finally told that they not only could not help me but WOULD NOT help me and that if I refused to pay almost $300 for a phone that I could not ever use and that they would not replace for me that they would have a judgment placed on my credit until I paid it in full!! I then went to Cricket and ported my phone number to another phone with Cricket...even though I don't really like any of Cricket's phone selections but at that point I had no other choice but to settle with a phone I still have that I absolutely hate at Cricket!! This experience has absolutely been the worst I have ever had with ANY cellular phone carrier's!!

I just spoke with Maria Rodriguez on the phone to ask about what promotions you all currently offered. & when I say she went over and beyond, she did. She broke down the prices on phones I would qualify for if I switch over, monthly plans and activation fees. Normally, whenever you call a business for information they usually try to get you off the phone as soon as possible. But Maria, oh no you can tell she loved to talk . If she’s providing this customer service over the phone. I can imagine how she is in person. She was a tremendous help, and I got all the information I needed , I’ll switch over anytime if I’m dealing with someone so pleasant as her.
