I have been on the fence about switching pharmacies lately. Rachel Jones at the Mebane location completely changed my mind today. She cared, she was courteous, and she provided a solution. It is easy to work in this kind of field and be so overwhelmed that customers become numbers. I was treated like an actual human being today. Rachel deserves a raise and honestly if she isn't already in some sort of management, she should be. I was so grateful for the time she took today. CVS needs more Rachels! THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY CARING!!!!

Lobby full of water pharmacy line nearly out r door...because CVS cheaps out on building quality just like they do service. Drive thru more line, no leaks though.
You're just a income generation unit to CVS and their store experience wants you to know: you matter less than your form of payment.

Had such an amazing experience at the CVS drive thru in Mebane tonight. The team member went above and beyond to help us with a very expensive med,and went out of her way to make my daughter smile when she felt miserable. Thank you 😊

Exceptional CS in drive-thru pharmacy today. Although the line was long it moved pretty quickly, a beautiful, very friendly young lady with exceptional CS skills in the window. Although she was holding a conversation with me she never missed a beat and I was done in seconds.

My entire transaction at the counter was positive. Team member, Liz, did an outstanding job to assist me. Initially, her amiable demeanor and caring attitude made me feel appreciated as a customer. Secondly, she was patient as I discussed a concern that she addressed during my counter visit. The questions I asked were answered professionally and she reminded me about the ExtraCare rewards I earned and used. I love CVS system of rewards that provide essential products and great discounts.

I appreciate the entire pharmacy staff. For years they have supported my wife's medicine needs. On my last visit Nicoda was especially helpful and friendly. She always remembers our names and seems to enjoy what she does
