I recently broke my wrist and visited the pharmacy for consultation on options to help with swelling in my hands…I went to the consultation window…two pharmacy staff were in the area …. No customers queued inside…not sure of drive thru traffic…but an individual walked to the window and I explained my symptoms…..the individual perhaps said something which I did not hear but simply walked away….went toward the other individual on duty…mind you,,,, I had no idea what roles these two men had or if there was some secret code they exchanged with each other but neither acknowledged I was still at the window or offered additional comments so I left the area….insult to injury the individual I spoke with initially stood at the end of the aisle and did speak something….didnt approach me…
I’m 72…my expectations have sadly been adjusted “downward” for customer service but come on …..neighborhood pharmacy with no heart???? Shame on you

I asked someone to check if Gain flings were in stock so I could take advantage of the $2/15 current sale going on. An order lady with glasses said I’ll check but I doubt it these couponers always clear us out. She said it directly to me she didn’t like couponers and mentioned there are two lady who go in all the time fill 2/3 carts up with items and, She knows for a fact they are turning around and selling. She also limited one transaction per person at a time. I don’t understand if CVS does these deals and people in this economy are spending money to earn Extra bucks and to roll onto another purchase why managers/ Employees have to get upset and side eye you.

The mebane, nc CVS is the absolute best in pharmacy as well as store products needed. I never have a problem with this store. Unlike the other pharmacy stores in town. I will. Always use and make sure my insurance is accepted because I will use this store only .

Pharmacy counter open but all employees completely ignoring customers waiting for their prescriptions. Couldn't get help or service until I went through the drive-thru. Rude kid in the window

The service is terrible. They're unfriendly(not all of them) and just keep saying 'get back in the line' without any explanation. I don't wanna buy anything here.

The pharmacy is always busy. I've worked in the service industry for 30 years and I understand why the pharmacy is grumpy. It's not their fault the system sucks and the customers fail to give A care about the government control of pharmaceuticals and CVS tech . I appreciate CVS staff 💯. I don't appreciate having to stand in line with the rude customers and their lack of compassion.

The last time I went here the girl at the drive thru had an attitude before I even opened up my mouth to ask for anything. Called to get the prescriptions filled over the phone and had to call back because none of the prescriptions had been filled.

No one at the front register for 5 minutes. I went to pharmacy, she got mad & told the other workers she couldn't be ringing up food & stuff & helping people that weren't getting a prescription. I went back up front, the register girl was back but kept emptying boxes ignoring me, while I stood at the register, I finally ask can you help me get the La.roche vitamin C, a $44 product, she said the key is lost & went back to emptying boxes. I had to bottles of vitamins, I laid them on the counter & left since she didn't want to ring me up. This wad the CVS on 5th st. Mebane, NC. Not going back there for a long time.

I had a great experience when I went to CVS today. The store had a festive feeling. Halloween treats, decor, and other Chritmas items were a beautiful sight. I needed information about my meds. Liz greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help. Indeed, she did in a caring manner, and I got what I needed. On my way out I spotted lots of candy on sale. When I got to the counter, another friendly face smiled and offered her service. I thought I got what I wanted until she told me about the water on sale. What a sale! I had been to 3 different stores today, and none of them even came close to that great sale. I had an injection in my arm yesterday and wasn't supposed to lift heavy items. Christina put them in my cart. That was extra help and exceptional customer service. I appreciate great customer care, and today I got the best from CVS. Thanks CVS!

Customer service is always amazing. Miss Pam always goes above and beyond to help you with any services that you may need. The shelves are stopped and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this CVS.

This is Vivian. One can never speak to a customer service over the phone in Pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled too soon (I have 24 out of 30 pills left). Billed to my insurance 4 business days before the previous refill and price changed from $8.94 to $24.43. WHY????? Hope y’all see this Pharmacy. I don’t want to download your APP.
