This Dollar General location is noted for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who make customers feel very welcomed. The team, described as sweet, kind, and like family, provides great customer service. Employees are seen going the extra mile, such as helping customers carry items to their cars. A particular manager has received high praise for cleaning up the previously cluttered and problematic store, significantly improving the interior environment. However, challenges persist, especially with litter outside the store. The trash in the parking lot, including items like oil containers, tires, and diapers, is attributed to disrespectful customers, not the staff. The small crew, often only one or two people per shift, struggles to manage both the store's interior and the external area. There has also been noticeable employee turnover. Despite these issues, the dedication of the current team makes this a favorite store for many, though some feel upper management fails to adequately support or appreciate these hardworking employees.
Everyone was pleasant which was very nice, but I couldn’t help but notice how nasty the parking lot is. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all for months. Among other trash there was even a hypodermic needle on the ground! I fear for what could happen of a child picked that up. I hope they decide to clean soon!

Always super friendly and helpful. They do the best they can stocking shelves and keeping up despite the fact they had quite a bit of employee turnover. Thank you!!!
