If you have an appointment I have been very satisfied with their services and professionalism. Unfortunately if you are sick they are unable to see you anytime soon. Forced to go to Urgent Care.

0 ⭐️ they are very unfriendly and rude. It’s like they don’t care. I need my son’s chart be sent to our new medical provider and after me going in person and signing a release form, and calling to see why is taking so long they answer mad and defensive.

They cant seem to keep a provider for more than 2-3 years. Many canceled or rescheduled appts for my wife and myself. Stuff happens, that's life. This seems to be the normal patient experience for my family at this Duke location. No complaints on Staff, Lab or Docs Just a lot of doc turn over and re-scheduling. :(
