Banking, for a number of years, at Fidelity Bank, in Mebane, NC, has been a pleasure. It is a true community bank which treats its clients as neighbors. The staff is always professional, efficient and most congenial. I have enjoyed doing business with Heather, bank manager, Fran; Stephanie; Deborah; Zoey and Mary Jane. When I have been in need of help they have always provided the services needed.

I opened a personal checking account at the end of November. It’s Dec 31 and I still haven’t gotten checks or a debit card. Three phone calls and still no results. They have a large amount of my money and I have nothing!!! Looking for a new bank

I recently started my own business and Stephanie Cates sent me a letter telling me about Fidelity Bank and she and Fidelity were interested in helping me with my business banking needs. After that I started to ask around to some business colleagues and friends and the best responses were Fidelity. So, I reached out to Stephanie for an appointment to set up my business account. My business relationship with the manager Heather Eno and the receptiveness and the support of her staff was the deciding factor. The customer service is incomparable with another bank-when I walk in and I am greeted, I can sit down with Heather at a moment’s notice and handle any challenges that come up with my business or with my personal accounts. Doing business with an institution that’s over 100 years old and has never been sold or bought that has deep roots in the community and understands the business trends is invaluable. We have banked with Fidelity in Mebane for about 15 years and have never been disappointed with their kind and friendly customer service. Ms. Eno and her team are top notch professionals and incredibly responsive to all our business needs. It is the kind of place that makes living and working in a small town worth it.
