In short order it is best to not show cause for more data at this time ?.I will be returning to this post.....Update....please take your car elsewhere....bill paid in full Nov 2022Returned vehicle after "repair " due to problem not fixed!!!I'm still waiting for my vehicle.....yikes Fraizers!!Mr. Fraizers legacy is being destroyed....very ?They officially won't fix the car after the bill was paid. They didn't stand by their work. They asked me to come pick the car up. They can't work on it. I am shocked. I have the car. It is not fixed. My bill is paid in full. I am very sad They didn't stand by their work. Green Lincoln is gonna take care of it!

I was very disappointed in the last visit my car need it and oil change and a battery. They charge me over $300. When I ask for an itemized bill, they charged me $167 for the battery and almost $70 fee for “testing” the battery. I asked them why they are testing a battery that’s supposed to be brand new and it’s supposed to be working. The answer did not satisfied my curiosity. When I ask for the old battery, they told me that they were going to charge me $25 because that is a “core” charge. If I will not take the battery, they will be charging me those $70 anyway.I did not have time for arguments or for taking the car to another shop. I pay them what they asked.BUT WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN .

I would definitely recommend these guys over and over again!!! Went in this morning with a very shaky car, Lee was very helpful and honest. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and spoke with him. Dropped my car off not long after they opened, got two new tires and a perfect alignment in a very reasonable amount of time and have recommended to several of my friends just hit his afternoon!!! I picked my car up and had a smooth ride home!! Thanks again guys for all your hard work. I will definitely be using them for all my mechanical work from this point on.Services: Tires

Very bad experience on my last visit. Didn’t believe me when I told them the tires had not been rotated since they last did it and refused to take any responsibility for a stripped lug. Made no accomodations at all, basically called me a liar. I wasn’t about to pay them to fix their mistake so I told them just to tighten the four remaining lugs. Took it to another shop a few days later and guess what, another stripped lug on that same wheel! It’s a shame as they were my go to shop for a while and I hate leaving a negative review but I can’t abide such poor service AND being called a liar.Service: Tires

Being in a broke down situation,far from home is never a good situation. The staff at Frazier’s stepped up big time in helping arrange a tow, provide accurate diagnostics, and a prompt repair. Professional in every regard, and fairly priced too. A solid shop!

I take all of my vehicles to Frazier's. I've had lots of work done here for a few years now. I trust that they will give me accurate information about what needs to be done on my vehicle and not try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. They have the best rate in town and I know they aren't going to price gouge me. Plus, I can trust that the work being done is reliable. I won't even let my mom take her vehicle any where else! In fact, I tell everyone I know to go see the guys here.I have inquired about services that they do not offer (window tint and body repair) and have been given excellent recommendations.Services: Oil change

i'm not a very outgoing person but i have changed several transmissions and do everything i can myself. i changed my shocks and checked my tierods and i remember it very vividly because i was surprised how they had no play at 24 years old. i asked for an alignment and they showed my the wheel moving and i thought about it imediately but i just froze for some reason and i could see that they didnt like me. i asked them to use their impact on the top of my shocks, which could have possibly caused the wheel to move back and forth over time (just one day tho) they charged me 50$ extra for no real reason because they didnt even tighten those two bolts. then they test drove my car without asking me, floored it to at least 4000 rpm and didnt even notice my stuck parking brake (i park it in gear without the e brak and pull the brake open from under the car whenever i need it need it). i dont know what warranted all this disrespect but it made me so angry that i dont think i'll ever let a mechanic touch my car without watching again. im so angry with myself for not standing up for myself when i saw the play in my wheel that hadnt been there a day before. i dont want to post this but i cant sleep just thinking about this. meet the mechanics and see if they like you before letting them do anything. now im gonna be tired at work where i dont make $115 an hour like these people and it makes me so mad.-reply. I had drill for the army the day after that alignment but I just checked and the play y'all found and it's gone. Honestly i was being crazy. I'm sure yall didn't loosen those bolts just to charge me to fix it and I'm sorry for accusing you but driving my car like it was stolen is most definitely disrespect so I changed this to 3 stars and 15$ for two grease fittings when the cars already in the air is a tax.Service: Wheel alignment
