Great Quality items! The Sales Clerk, Nick was super helpful and printed out some stores we could find a switch 2. We are from out of town and he used our zip code to find a store near home to find what we were looking for! He went above and beyond!

The staff had great vibes, they did some great cosplay (especially Princess Zelda), and they had some fun games at the Switch 2 midnight launch party, which was a lot of fun.

Never come here, don't waste your time. They will not have it. Don't care what you are looking for, it won't be there. They can order it for you but what's the point! Go anywhere else or order online.

Watch out for Nick, tried on 7/17/24 to add on their protection plan without asking and making it seem like it was not something extra. Never add something to my bill I didn't ask for.

Joshua and Nat were were extremely experienced and professional. I purchased a ps5 for my nephew (and I'm not a gamer) but they helped me every step of the way. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to walk me through making the best purchase.

I feel like I am always at this store. My children are gamers and are always in need of new games, cards or other supplies needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of games in stock...although sometimes it's much cheaper on line. They also have a membership for only $10 a month.
