I have been here multiple times. When the receptionist is present it’s a wonderful experience. However, I went in today and no one inquired about the services I needed. After sitting for almost 20 minutes I went up to a technician and asked if there was any availability. After continuing to speak with her client for a few minutes, she finally acknowledged my presence. I was told everyone was booked although I just witnessed a client leaving when one of the nail technicians had to pick up a child and the nail technician stated before she left that that was her last client of the day and was upset that she lost a client. I will never come back.

Staff very nice & friendly. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Very pleased with service and finished product. Highly recommend this salon!

Great visit. Under new management over the past year. Wonderful service, made a reservation for three pedicures, technicians did a great job and provided nice options. My toes look great and we all had a wonderful time.

I have been several times and am usually very pleased with my mani and pedi from Inails. I called and made an appointment for first week in April for a mani and pedi. Normally I book with Hae or Noi but on this day neither were there. Lily did fine with the pedi but the mani looked terrible. I got a gel French mani and Lily did a terrible job, the white tips are wavy, one thumbnail is filed unevenly, and cuticles were not even touched. I always tip very good and I did this time as well but I shouldn’t have. If I do go back and I might not I will make sure to book with a known quantity, aka Hae or Noi.

iNails must be under new management again. They were down a couple nail techs on the day we went in and I understand stuff happens. But the worst part was the receptionist’s attitude. She was snooty & rude not only to us but to a lady that came in after us who had an appointment. Not good for business!

Great vibes for sure. It is so hard to find a great nail tech that has walk in’s. I literally just walked right in, was asked what services were needed, and was assisted right away. I was very pleased and scheduled my appointment for my next visit. Dragon was my nail tech whom I highly recommend. He listened to what powder color, shape, and length I wanted and mastered it. My nails have held up great as I am on my 3rd week. Can’t wait to return Saturday because there is nothing better than a fresh set.

I found this nail salon after someone recommended it to me on Nextdoor. I am new in town and have been searching for all the services I regularly visit and am very particular. I called and set up an appointment with Norma. She was very kind, gentle, and funny. I told her I would be back. On the next visit, I saw Heh and she was one of a kind. She schooled me on the basics of services after explaining what I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable and funny. If you're looking for a clean, professional nail salon you must give them a try.
