“I switched to T Mobile from Verizon about a year ago because the coverage is sooo bad in Mebane. The folks at T Mobile were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Recently I had a difficulty with my phone (of my own doing). That required about an hour to repair. The manager (Antwon) stepped in and utilized his expertise to fix the problem. Believe me, it was beyond the call of duty and took multiple phone calls. It is helpful to remember, with all the low cost plans and "comealongs" that the lowest price is not always the best deal.
