“Bruno was amazing! We were having a support issue and he made sure to call them on our behalf and made sure it was all taken care of before we left the store. Highly recommend, nothing but good experience every time Husband and I have walked into store.”

“Emanuel knew exactly how to help us. He clearly explained our problem and the process to fix it. His customer service skills made a task I was dreading into a pleasant and short trip to Boost.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bria and Cam are absolutely incredible! This was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the second I walked into T-Mobile, they made me feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. Bria and Cam went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed. Their positive energy and enthusiasm turned what I expected to be a routine visit into an amazing experience. It’s rare to find people who are not only experts at what they do but who also truly enjoy helping customers. Bria and Cam exceeded every expectation and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their commitment to outstanding service is obvious, and they represent the very best of what T-Mobile has to offer. If you're visiting this location, do yourself a favor and work with Bria and Cam—you won't be disappointed! They deserve every bit of recognition for their hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer care. Thank you both for being so amazing! ???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Sometimes it's difficult encountering true customer service, and/or just someone genuinely interested in going that extra mile for they're customers. I encountered such a person (Alex) at the att office in mebane. I walk in, already in a mood cause I spilled my cup of coffee without so much as that 1st sip. On top of that, I couldn't get so much as a sim card tray for my phone...in comes Alex! Making this long story short, Alex was patient with my (at 1st) less than positive attitude, not only handled my electronic (and attitude) problem with pure professionalism, but I went out the door laughing. Good job att for hiring an excellent employee. Don't know how your pay system works....but might be time for a raise....or at the very least a bonus.”

“Great staff with plenty of knowledge, the store location is an issue as the property owner refuses to fix the almost 20 year old roof. This issue cause the location yo lose alot of inventory, because its cheaper to keep patching a leak on repeat for the indefinite future. The store looks like its under a remodel because of all the temporary drains that have been placed into the ceiling running into bucket.”
