I was super excited to shop at J. Crew this past Sunday. I was able to find a few things I wanted to try on after making two laps around the store. When I went to go try the items on and kindly asked the two associates standing in the middle of the store for a dressing room, I was told that they were closing. Unfortunately there was no warning given when I walked into the store and therefore I apologized stating I didn’t know if they were closing. I said I could put the clothes back, or I could give them to them to put back. They took the clothes without an apology on their end for poor communication and I walked straight out of the store. Missed opportunity for J. Crew. Not great customer service/customer care.

No discounts at the Tanger Oulet Mall. Prices are higher than other places. Limted choices and very limited in sizes availible.

Very nice & helpful staff. My daughter found what she needed quickly & was able to try it on without waiting. The store is well organized & not jumbled. The racks & display tables were very neat.

Went here in a whim and had the best customer service I've had in a long time. From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left, my friend and I were treated like VIPs. From finding sizes, steaming clothes and ordering things online for us it was awesome! Brianna, Courtney and Heidi are awesome! Will definitely stop back in again.

I really like j crew but it’s super inconvenient when you drive 45 minutes to find out that the store closed 4 hours early(today only on a Wednesday). I’ll take my business elsewhere thanks!

This store is on the high end price for an outlet store. They do not carry any shirts for a big and tall man. XL size (17-17 1/2) is largest size they carry (more for small framed person). They do carry men's 40/32 pants size.

Not a super selection and the clothes are made specifically for outlet. At the end of the day, not real J.Crew stuff on the market
