This morning I went to the outlets and this young lady helped me her name was Liz, she was really helpful and sweet, helped me purchase different gifts. She also was helping others customers, it seemed that she was by herself but she did an amazing job helping everyone! Definitely my new favorite store. ❤️

Haven’t been in years but decided to go in. There were 3 employees standing at the register and a handful of customers shopping. Not once did any of the employees walk around seeing if anyone needed help. Did not purchase anything and would not go back.

Lady was rude and acted like I couldn’t afford something in the store I asked about a price of something and she basically didn’t tell the price and was like these are only 30% off. You don’t know how much money I have be careful who you talk to and how you judge people

OMG! Stopped by to see what was on sale this Black Friday weekend & the store was packed! I was helped by an African American young lady dressed in all pink ( she was so cute 🤗). She helped me purchase several gifts for my friends; even items I wouldn’t have thought to buy. Super friendly, knowledgeable & professional. She made me feel as though I was the only person in the store. Impeccable customer service!

I hands down love this place. Usually, I always have great memories from here because of the great experiences and interactions with employees and other shoppers. The ladies I am used working are seasoned, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced with the product. They love it as much as I do.
To date I have never had a problem with a visit until my last. The usual employees were not working. They may have moved on. I didn’t ask but I was surprised to see young girls. At any rate. I bought five items and went shopping elsewhere.

Visited Kate Spade Outlet at Tanger Outlet Mall in Mebane, NC. It was a great experience with so many beautiful, quirky handbags, wallets, clothes, and shoes. I initially came in for the backpack but opted for this cute, medium-sized tote! I love it! Customer service was great.

What a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a sales associate. The store was very organized and I found the most beautiful red purse. Associates were pleasant and helpful.

My favorite store to shop in and I shop them any time they are available. Especially if I’m out of town and there is one nearby. The customer service is always consistently good! They always work with my quirks about looking at the same piece of jewelry to find the best one…lol! I’m the same way about the purses and no one ever complains or makes me feel I’m doing the most even though I know I am but I cannot help it! Nonetheless, shop the Mebane store if you can! ?❤️?
