Worst experience ever. Work took 3 times longer than it should have and charged double what I was quoted. And the problem isn't fixed. When I called about my car still not handling right I was told oh well, no yelling what happened to it after you left. NEVER AGAIN

Since tire pros took over it's not the same as it used to be. I just brought a vehicle in for an alignment only to be told after I already paid that they didn't reset it to factory ride height as requested and that I would need to bring it to gm for that... That would have been nice information to know before wasting $142 on an alignment that is only going to need to be redone. Thanks...needless to say I'll be looking for a new tire shop.

Love these guys! They’re very accommodating and knowledgeable. I have an Audi a3 and you can’t beat the prices here, a lot better than commuting to the Audi dealership for an oil change!

The dealership was trying to do me dirty, and these folks saved me $1000 in unnecessary repairs. My parents go here for all of their maintenance needs, and when possible, I will too. The only sad thing is that they aren’t open on weekends. They would have a lot more of my money if they were open on Saturdays. Hahaha

I purchased 4 new 50,000 tires in 2019. they wore out in 3 years after only 25,000 miles. When I returned to the shop they were unwilling (to say the least) to do anything about it and even got nasty with me. A very BAD experience!!!

This place sure has changed! Tires that wear out in 2 years? Supposed to last 60,000 miles? Thats a joke. I also didn't need the rude sarcastic condescending attitude from the guy who handles the shocks and struts. They also dont stand behind their warranty at all saying it was expressed verbally after install (it was not).Be advised: if you dont go back every whatever milage to have THEM rotate the tires they screw you on the warranty! Small hometown business sure had a BIG screw you!

This is one of the few businesses that actually, truly deserve a five star rating. I will not go anywhere else for tires and tire repair. I cannot tell you how many times I've been in and out for a quick patch whenever I run over a nail. Today they're taking care of my TPMS sensors. Their prices are very perfect for good work, they are always respectful and professional, and they've always gotten me in and out surprisingly fast considering how full their waiting room can get. Mebane is very lucky to have this business, and if I ever move away, I will come back for their services here.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and I showed up at King's Tire Pros without an appointment first thing in the morning. There was a small line of people there when I got there. The lady at the front desk was amicable, and she took care of the people in front of me very quickly. She took care of my tire problem, and the mechanics worked fast and had me out of there in less than one hour. They did a great job, and I don't have any complaints.

5 stars hardly feels like enough. The whole staff, from Caroline at the front desk to each mechanic, consistently exceed expectations for quality, service, and value. I will wholeheartedly recommend anyone in the area to give King Tire Pros a try.
