Checked in at 8:30 am for 9:00 am reservation made a few days ago. Front desk took 3 fax numbers to send results to per our request. We were done and in car before our actually scheduled appt time. Did not get the staff name, but she did said she works in several offices and was an EMT. There were 2 staff members today. Each gathered info and then escorted that patient to a private room. Very efficient.

I went in for routine blood work Monday morning. When I entered this office there were only two gentlemen waiting. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down. After this a couple came in and the husband checked himself in at the kiosk. After waiting longer than usual for the two men ahead of me to be seen I knew I was next. But I was skipped over and the man that came in AFTER me was called. I went to the front desk and asked when I was going to be called because I was there before him. The receptionist looked at her computer and said we both checked in at the same time. No we did not. I was already checked in and seated before he even entered the office. I don’t know if the kiosk clocked us both in at the same time or not. If so this needs to be checked out and corrected. I was there for over an hour waiting for blood work that took just a couple of minutes. This is all they do in this office so it shouldn’t take over an hour to draw blood from four individuals.

The ladies in the front desk are very rude and were not helpful at all. They have a don't bother me with questions attitude. I will never go back to that lab to get my blood draw again. I rather take the drive to Burlington.

I came here today to get blood work done. When I walked in I was the only patient in there. The lady’s at the front window were rude. One was on her phone and ignored me when I walked up and the other one Brittany was extremely rude and belittling. Brittany proceeded to yell and get very mean. After that encounter I did not trust her with sticking me with a needle. I have worked my fair share in healthcare and that is no way to treat a patient all because I was asking for help over billing issues. So if you come here to get any work done be aware of what kind of people that will be sticking needles in you! Also other doctor offices are aware of this employee and I am not the only one to have a run in with her.

I've had great experiences here with the actual blood draw, staff (in person), and wait time. However, something is not processing right with my labs. LabCorp Customer Service told me to have a specific conversation with the staff at this lab, but I have left two messages now, and nobody has called me back. I really do need my labs to be processed, as I am not feeling well, so this is a big problem. If anyone reads this, please check your voice-mail and call me back.

Great service, quick in and out, results turn around was adequate! As long as you follow gps til the end it brings you to the entrance you need.

Drove 40 mins to get a drug test. Are not clear instructions on where this place is. Walked in at 4:35 and they said they are done for the day we will have to come back because they are closed for the day.

Location of the LabCorp is not well marked. You go in through the main hospital entrance and to the second floor. Markings outside the clinic would be helpful so patients know they are at the right location. Otherwise I've found it to be a typical LabCorp.

Had my lab work on June 22 and more on June 26 and my physician still does not have the results! Its July 14th. Just because the ordering doctor is in another state. She should have them by now! I called yesterday and had to wait on hold for 25 minutes to ask them to fax them. Hopefully they have them and I will hear from my doctor.

This particular Labcorp is in a nice location, the building is nice and the suite in which it’s located is clean and comfortable. My only problem is, it seems like not people people are staffed. I brought my mother for bloodwork, and the woman at the window wasn’t friendly at all and we waited for 15+ minutes, being we were the only ones there. Staff need to work on customer service.

Friendly at the time of collection but will delay posting results with no explanation whatsoever. I called to ask about the status of my results but the person working was rude and dismissive. I would recommend going to another site if you can.

I made an appointment for routine blood work but arrived 15 min early just to make sure I got all needed paperwork and insurance done. Through the LabCorp website you can make an appt and enter your insurance information, but when I've entered my insurance online last time I went to a LabCorp, it never got through to the location. When I arrived no one was at the front desk and after signing in, I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come to the desk (and other patients had been waiting longer). Most LabCorp offices have a sketchy feel to them but this office was bright, freshly painted, and nicely decorated. It is inside the Moses Cone center in Mebane which was built in the last few years so it is a nice atmosphere. The one staff person was polite and professional, and once I was checked in, and waited the appointment went quickly and it started exactly on time.
