The customer service was exceptional. Jonah was exceptional and took his time with answering all of our questions. He was personable and kind. Carah assisted as we shopped and was knowledgeable with sizing and the difference in styles.

I shop here at least yearly. staff are always great. Selection and sales are good.
The manager just helped me make a return from the website and they were super helpful.
This is legitimately the most help I have ever gotten from any retail. Super patient and understanding.

I got a great deal at the Levi outlet. 2 pairs of jeans for the price of one. The only problem I encountered was a very limited dressing room. 4 stalls total. The store was busy, which meant long lines for the dressing rooms.
