Place needs some serious TLC. Soon as you get to the bathroom hall the stench is rancid. Inside the bathrooms smell like something died. Trash everywhere outside at the fuel lanes.

They have terrible shop employees. Caught one sleeping under my truck. Had to wait 48 hours to get an outside tire changed on the trailer. Do not reccomend at all. Also the bathrooms are absoloutly disgusting. Had a guy wearing a dress yelling pickup lines at me in the restroom. Stay away if you enjoy your life.

Do not stop here for dump station, sewage inlet does not have interlock. You will have to hold it the entire time.

Plenty of room to maneuver. But without notice facilities are closed and don't have a set date to reopen. No bathrooms food or showers. Only parking, that is if they dont close that part.

Called this place to see if the showers were closed due to the app showing no showers available. The guy on the other end said that the facility was closed so I asked even for a simple fountain drink and instead of just saying yes he rudely said “i don’t know what part of our facility is closed don’t you understand”. Like there are facilities for showers. For restrooms. For restaurants. For the convenience store. You guys at loves need to train people here that act so damn rude. I get it sometimes you are frustrated but if you are going to act like that from someone asking you a question. Get another job or just stay at home. And if loves actually cares about customer service I hope y’all listen to calls. Call happened at 9:27 pm. July 9 2025. I think his name was Mike.

I had a bad experience with the manager Tina I bought a headset for about $340 and the young lady in Kentucky told me if I didn’t like it. Return it for a different model. I told Tina that I wanted to exchange it and her statement to me was“you got insurance on it. Let one of your grandkids break it and file a claim I felt that was very inappropriate. This young lady was so unprofessional that I left the conversation alone when I stopped to the next Loves they returned it and gave me the headset that I prefer in my opinion I questioned the general manager for letting his managers say the most improper statement that was on the borderline of fraud the love store that has exchanged it. I really blew them up on Google review this store I give two thumbs down.👎👎 In my opinion, I definitely suggest that this manager be retrained in your store policy because her conduct and actions was totally inappropriate

Stopped here 11pm on 6 27 25 no coffee creamer or supplies at all . Hardee's was out of everything. I can deal with this. But everyone that working for the loves had the nastiest attitude I ever see for a Loves.
