Definitely agreeing with Shannon Gallagher. Every thing that she has mentioned about management I have experienced all 3 times I have applied.. there was always something/ a reason to not be approved.. this time was the last straw.

This is not a place to try and rent a home from if you don't make at least triple the amount of the rent.The lady up front by the name of Anna is the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever met in my lifeI do not have a criminal background I do not have a bad tenant background my credit score is decent and I have a perfect employment record I've worked ever since I was 14 years old and I'm 54 but I was trying to rent an old single wide trailer not a mansion from Governor's Club.I have worked in the public with people and I have always treated people with the utmost respect and kindness and professionalism this woman does not need to be working with people at all!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The process has been a mess from the beginning. Misleading information, lack of care or attentiveness from the front desk (she seems to be the only one who is ever there) and zero communication or follow-through. It feels like a scam of a process and I'm highly annoyed. Almost a month and I've had to continuously reach out to get little to no where in the process. I've requested my application fee to be returned to me as stated in the application's terms of agreement. If they hold honest to that, I'd feel the slightest bit better that at least that was reliable information from the company....We shall see.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Anna the management lady that works up front and to my experience I believe every word.when we first spoke to her on the telephone she did not answer in a professional way by answering hello Morgan Enterprises she answered in a very belligerent tone HELLOOO and when I was speaking to her she didn't seem to understand anything I was saying..SO lack of communication is really bad here. so we decide to go up to the office and view the mobile home that was for rent for 1,350 a month and it was a very old tiny mobile home but I was willing to take it... her attitude was as horrible as it could ever be and I could SEE she was staring us up and down literally ...THIS IS NOT APPROPRIATE AND ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I was as nice as I could be to her but she would cut us off...she's very Snappy she has no personality she doesn't seem to have a soul... I don't know how in the world they have managed this company with her, she's a very cold-hearted woman.so we did the application and of course three applications for everyone over 18 at $40 per... but she tells us that we need to make FOUR TIMES the amount of the rent!!!!!that is never been heard of in my life... so we need to make around $6,000 for this old tiny trailer.. something just does not add up and I think I know what it is... she's a very racist woman , because from what I heard from a couple other people she was very discrimatory against them because they were white or black.. I think the owners really need to look further into finding somebody else to manage this company there is going to be a lawsuit against this company for discrimination very soon if they don't watch out.This is GONNA GO BAD FOR PHILIP AND MAX BECAUSE OF ANNA.My husband is actually on the phone right now with one of the Morgan Brothers letting him know he needs to be checking the reviews a little bit better.And her only response to everybody that has a complaint is "NOT EVERYBODY IS ACCEPTED" oh and by the way neither one of us have a criminal record neither one of us have a bad tenant record and our credit score is at least over 600.WE JUST DONT PULL IN OVER 6,000 A MONTH.If I made that much money I sure wouldn't be trying to rent an old trailerUPDATE:We just found a beautiful 1800 square foot home that was built in 2009 and it is absolutely gorgeous and the management company treated us so kindly and very professional and I know that my Lord above Jesus Christ did not want me to have a home from this horrible management company the Lord knew what I needed and he provided and I'm so glad that I did not put myself into a place that would probably have been hell to rent from I would not ever ever recommend anybody renting from Morgan Enterprises

Be aware this is a horrible place to try and find a home at the lady at the front desk is extremely extremely rude she's not professional she has no manners and she's very dishonest

I've lived here for nine years and have not had any trouble. Phillip Morgan and son Max are good people. The maintenance service is great too. The mobile homes are updated and in very good condition. Rent is reasonable also

Knew our intentions of a 3 month stay for a UNC hospital contract, and took our application fee’s only to call and tell us the 2nd person would have to have one. No problem, we submit and pay for that one and then are told 6 month minimum stay. Probably a nice place but be cautious of what they tell you, they don’t care if you have somewhere to stay or not.

They were extremely disrespectful and discriminatory against me and my husband and are disabled child they told us that we didn't make enough money even though I make over such and such money a month and bring in way more than monthly rates and told me that they couldn't have our type of people in their Park I find this highly disturbing

I’ve never had a worse experience trying to secure a unit to rent. I periodically see the same photos of trailers that go up for rent but I think they use false advertising and just post up the exact same pictures over and over so what you’re applying for is not what you’ll actually be renting.I paid the application fee and was told I was approved. This was on a Friday and Ana told me to call back the next week. I did and was told the unit I applied to was no longer available. How would this happen if I was previously approved?I then waited an entire month before anyone got back to me about what was available to rent and I stated I would like a two bedroom and two bathroom unit but was offered the first available which only had one bathroom after I stated I was interested in one that was posted up as available with two bathrooms. If I am paying, why am I not able to rent the unit I prefer? Not to mention, they kept me waiting for a month and told me I needed to come the following morning to secure the unit I didn’t even apply to because they don’t hold. This is literally false advertising. This is not how you run a business and I imagine Ana Will continue to run people off for absolutely no reason.

Currently renting from Mr. Morgan. Everyone at the office is nice and respectful and very helpful. The trailers are beautiful and we'll taken care of and it is a beautiful and well taken care of mobile home park inside and out. Maintenance is quick and punctual when called.

Worst landlord ive ever dealt with , refuses to make repairs on his properties , raised rent rates and harrassing tenets still under old rates to make them move so he can raise the rates on those units. Seprate rules and guidelines for tenets he dont like.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. The customer service was very poor and once i received my vehicle it took over 45 days for them to complete the title work. They were also dishonest abbot the maintenance needed on this vehicle. Horrible experience.
