Bought a new 580bts, the power is insane. Hang on when full throttle! Was a pleasant surprise to receive the blower with a full tank of gas.

I went in the store to bought a truck battery. I was amazed that of the four men standing at the counter, I had to ask one of the them to wait on me. I paid and thought that the man that waited on me would at least help me with the door but that didn't happen. Thank goodness a man standing at the counter offered to take battery out, but I asked if he would get the door I would be ok. I don't think that the man that offer to help worked at the store, he just seen how rude the staff had been to me. I only give the store one star because I couldn't get this to post with No stars.

Waited in line for over 10 mins because some employee was on the phone and they acted like l wasn't even standing there...the other employee pwaiting on a customer...finally someone from the back came to check me out!!

I was very disappointed with the attitude and service I have had recently with my Husqvarna RZ46I. I had some frame damage in February and I requested to have the repairs done, and while it was there to have a tune up. Unfortunately, we had to wait for parts from Husqvarna, and it took around 4-5 months to get my mower back. I don't blame NAPA/Mebane Lawn and Garden Repair for the wait. My issue is while it was there, I had a tune up, and I would expect to have the mower inspected especially the belts.Unfortunately after using it twice, and the beginning of the third time, my mower would not advance. It turned out to be a frayed belt, and a pully had to be cleaned. When I asked John, one of the employees to see if they inspected the belts, his response is that we can't find everything, and that they could not make my mower new. I told him that I had only used it twice, and his response was that if you used it twice in 2 months, the grass must have been really tall. I was on vacation, and I had someone mowing my lawn while I was gone, and also when I did not have my mower. So the usage was very low. Even so, no one would expect a belt to fray in only two months after a "tune up". They did not care about the problems of having to tow the mower with a car to get it to the driveway. They did not have anyone that could pick, which I understand due the problem of getting workers, so I borrowed a trailer, and brought the mower to them.They did repair it the same day I dropped it off, and I am thankful. My issue is that John's attitude was poor. He complained that he wasn't going to help me load the mower due to the rain, and when he got in the back, he complained that he had new shoes and was concerned about getting them dirty. In the meantime, in my new shoes, I put the mower on the trailer, tied it down and left.The issue is attitude and customer service. I am the customer, and if this happened to any of them, I am sure they would have been annoyed.
