I didn’t get the names of the two guys working Easter Sunday, but they went above and beyond. After my rotor was glowing red hot and I was stranded at the Pilot gas station with a loaded 40ft flatbed trailer they picked me up, dropped me off, and had all the parts in stock and ready to go at the counter. Amazing. Thank you dudes! Good people.

My husband and I were traveling from Wilmington, NC to Winston-Salem, NC on January 30, 2024. We had a car malfunction during our trip. I googled the closest auto parts store, and the O'Reilly Auto Parts at 1903 S NC Hwy 119, Mebane, NC 27302 came to the rescue. Rich & his General Manager (female, but I didn't catch her name) were our answered prayers!!!!! THEY BOTH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Needless to say, if it weren't for them, we would have been stuck for days waiting on repairs. KUDOS to this store and it's wonderful employees. O'Reilly's, please do whatever you must to keep these two angels. RICH & HIS GENERAL MANAGER ARE THE BEST!!!!!Sincerely & Forever Grateful,Ace, Traci & Sampson (our puppy)

I wanted to change my windshield wipers myself. I watched YouTube videos and headed here. Purchase them without any issues and struggled to replace them. The employee saw me struggling and offered to help me! So thankful she helped me out!

My last experience buying parts in this store was horrible. Rich couldn't help me properly. I'm not afraid of writing this man name: Rich. I don't recommend this man at all. Maybe he doesn't like hispanic people or even beautiful guys like my brother, but he treated us like not caring about our business. Autozone is better.

They take good care of you and help you change things or charge the battery, etc. The young people are kind and respectful.

Sun, May 21 2023 Me and my mother finished light shopping at the Dollar General located beside this store in Mebane and her battery crapped out so we walked over to this store and got bad news the replacement couldn't happen because of the process of having to remove bumper, lights etc. But the employee named Dustin came up with another alternative and offered to walk off company property to offer kind and excellent customer service! Thank you Dustin!

I am trying to be more independent since my husband has cancer. I needed new windshield wipers and headed here because it was so close to the house. I had no idea what I needed but the staff was so helpful. He found the correct wipers and was willing to put them on for me! It was much easier than I expected and now I know how to do it!
