I've been to alot of these stores, this one inparticular aways Seems empty especially the shoes, for men 13, and up...The people working are very nice always...SAKS OFF FIFTH, you gotta do better...

Do not order from Saks Off 5th. If you try to make a return, they will likely try to steal your money. I made one return in October 2023. They received the return of 2 items but gave me credit back for 1. It took me 2 months of constantly calling them and finally telling them that I will take them to court over it, to get the return. I made the mistake of ordering from them again. I returned the shoes. They marked that they accepted the shoes and never made the return of the money to my CC. Now I am in telephone calls with them again to try and get my money. They steal money and I think they do it on purpose, hoping that customers won't notice that they did not get the money back. It is a very dishonest company. STAY AWAY!

I always liked shopping here until I was priced dooped. If you remove their tags, the ORIGINAL price is not what they state it was.

I had a great experience during my visit today to Saks Fifth Avenue in the Tanger Outlet in Mebane, North Carolina. I was searching for the perfect work dress and came across a dress on a mannequin that caught my eye. Unfortunately, my size was not available on the racks. Guadalupe, a store staff member, went above and beyond to assist me by promptly and skillfully removing the dress from the mannequin, allowing me to try it on. I ended up loving the dress and buying the dress. Guadalupe's attentiveness, patience, and kindness truly made my shopping experience memorable. I am grateful for the customer-centric environment at Saks Fifth Avenue, and special thanks to Guadalupe for her exceptional assistance! I look forward to continuing to shop at Saks Fifth Avenue and recommending it to friends and family based on the outstanding service I received.

Nice store if you’re looking for designer clothing. This is the outlet store so whatever you find is lesser price than regular Saks stores.
