Still wonderful care of my cats here, despite moving away. A separate cat area, Feliway diffusing, 3 year Purevax Rabies vaccines that are difficult to find elsewhere, and excellent anesthesia and surgical protocols for my fosters and geriatric babies will keep me coming back. Steven Swanner listens to concerns and goals diligently and patiently. Then, logically derives effective treatment. He takes into account home life, client compliance ability, finances, and benefit vs risk assessment. I've never been judged, pushed, mistreated, ignored or misled at Creekside AC under his careful administration. I've never utilized one of his associate docs. I stick with what's tried and true re: human resources. Now, technological and pharmaceutical advances, I'll jump in and try for my horde, and Dr Swanner has had some intriguing and successful diagnostics or treatments to try the last 8 years. I hope to see acupuncture as an added therapy as he helped 2 or 3 of my dogs improve QOL with this option at the end of their lives. The staff are great with online appointment management and phone/text communication. I always update records here from specialists I use or fosters' previous care providers and CAC never loses the email or has limited communication regarding this record keeping. Some clinics are not as organized or accurate. And, when a mistake was made regarding an appt or a record, they addressed it immediately and communicated very well in hindsight, learning from the error. That's progress! No shenanigans or run-around. Creekside AC and Dr. Swanner still meet and exceed my expectations. Thank you
