Im only giving one star, because you have to give one. l never received any follow up, until this evening (an email to se if I’m still interested). I arrived for a scheduled tour, only to find a written note on the door, stating that they would be out until 3pm, then a scratch-through update stating that they would be closed for the remainder of the day (with no notification to me, at all, that my tour would need to be canceled). I know that things happen, but that was very unprofessional and very inconvenient, as I had to leave my office early for that distance of a drive, only to have NO tour.Do better,Brandie

Roof leaks causing mold to grow on ceilings, roof not only leaks in the apartment but the clubhouse as well. As soon as u walk in it smell of mold and stagnant water. Every time a work order was put in we were given the same response “ an outside contractor will take a look at it” that was back in October 2022 it is now may 2023 with still no fix

Just don’t. We moved here with the promise of a bigger apartment within a couple of months. It has been a year and we are still stuck in a handicapped apartment. Management is absent and non responsive. Work orders have been ignored by them. Maintenance is helpful and great when they finally receive a work order. Washer has been broken since we moved in. Microwave has rust. Refrigerator freezes our food. Water pressure is non existent and water only stays warm a few minutes. We moved in to a filthy apartment. Previous renters belongings and animal hair were left behind. After complaining for weeks we finally cleaned it so we could move in. The office never addressed it. Had potential. Very disappointed. Typical apartment life. Nothing outstanding about this place. Currently filing BBB complaint and pursuing legal action.

Love Love this place- Moved in 3 months ago, I have to say I was very skeptical at first, especially about only have 1 window, as I love to have lots of windows so I can open them BUT I can't do that here, however this place has so much charm and character that I don't miss the extra windows. Closets are so large which is great for tons of storage. Loved decorating for Christmas in my new place. I feel so lucky to live here. Penny

I have never lived or even been here. However, I can speak for the politeness and helpfulness of the property manager and office staff when dealing with things at their complex. Cannot give details of the incident due to security reasons but these ladies are awesome!

The Lofts at White Furniture has so many positives. Here are just a few ; the apartments themselves have such character and personality. It's fun to visit a new friend from the community here at the lofts to see each apartment as they are all a little different. The whole staff is accommodating, understanding and friendly. Marquez (the manager) has an on-door policy. He listens if you have questions or concerns and is also happy to just throw his hand up to say hello as you pass his office. Caitlen (the person that coordinates everything ) is an absolute doll. She is friendly, helpful, and honest. She was what attracted me to the Lofts at White Furniture. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The guys Horatio & Jeff are the people to know. They are our maintenance team leads. They know most residents by name. Maintenance issues are handled either the day of the request, or you at least hear from the office with an action plan of when your case will be resolved. I have been welcomed from day one by both the Lofts team and the wonderful residents. If I could score higher than a 5, I would give The Lofts at White Furniture a 10+!

Nice place! But management, can I ask what's up with the "private residence" out front, underneath the 'White' sign? (Has the door and windows, and poster saying "private residence" on the door.
