During my visit, I came across a gorgeous bag on display that I wanted to purchase. It had visible signs of wear, small stains at the bottom, and a deteriorated tag. It appeared to be used rather than brand new with a price of $371 after discount.When I approached a staff member and requested a new bag in better condition, I was told it was the last one available. This response raised suspicions regarding why such a defective item was still being offered? It shouldn't even be on display.Even though this is an outlet store, it's still reasonable to expect a certain level of quality. Specially for a price tag of over $300.The treatment we received at this store was far from satisfactory. We felt constantly followed by 1 employee and then racially profiled by the rest. While it is not unusual to encounter the occasional sales representative who may come across as rude or pretentious, customers should not be judged or treated differently based on assumptions or stereotypes.It was only after the cashier checked us out and requested my phone number to access my shopping history with Tory Burch (this includes boutiques, outlets & website) that their approach suddenly became much nicer. However, by that point, the damage had already been done.The inventory available was the same one from last years' 2022 outlet holiday collection spread around the store in different spots, (we visited during the 2023 holiday collection) so not that much variety at the end of the day...If you're looking for newer and more stylish items, it might be worth exploring other Tory Burch outlets like Houston, Miami, or Orlando and contacting their stores to get one of their friendly sales reps so they can even source items if they're not available at their outlet store and ship them to you.

Wonderfully luxury shopping experience with a small boutique feel. Reasonable prices and a luxury brand with a sale is unheard of.A must go to to spoil yourself and impress your loved ones.Tory Burch is my new Louis Vuitton.

Alysha, the pretty young black woman with the bright red hair, you are amazing! Thank you so much for helping me find my mama’s birthday gift. And being so patient with me as I asked for the price of each cross body. And even being more patient with me as I used all three forms of payments to pay thanks to Brothers lol.

This store is horrible!Guys do not shop at the store and if you do don’t purchase anything on clearance. The associate told me that I had until January 7 to return the purse if I didn’t like it but when I did she said” the sale was final because it was on clearance. So they would only give me a store credit but they would not refund my money on my debit card. And since I no longer want to shop there anymore it’s like throwing $200 away. The associate didn’t try to help me and 2 managers that were there didn’t try.
