One of my favorite stores. Always find a great deal there. This time I found a pair of running shoes marked down to $35. It can get pretty crammed in the store. ..if there is any kind of crowd.

Decent selection, but smaller than our next nearest store (Smithfield/Selma). The staff were nice and helpful, so it was still a great experience. They usually have really good sales.

I don't know if it's a legal requirement to call it a "sale" but please , please stop trying to sell items at inflated MSRP prices . Some of the items listed at MSRP with no discount at all are items that are over 5 years old at this location . It's a fricking outlet , stop acting like your customers are stupid.

This was my first time visiting this store. I went in specifically to buy a new pair of shoes, but the entire time I browsed the store, no one ever offered to help me. Rather than buying here, I went to a nearby store and purchased two pairs of shoes.Customer service means a lot to me, especially when buying shoes. I expected better from this store.
