The front check out staff of Walgreens always seems friendly.... However, the pharmacy is a totally nightmare... I recently wanted to pay out of pocket for an RX.... Tried to call so they would process refill, they never answered, and I mean after HOURS of being on hold, only for it to ring once and cut off. I went in person, watched the pharmacy staff ignore ringing phones.... They are rude and while you may think the drive thru is helpful, which is what drew me here especially when little ones are sick and you need an RX without getting out of the car.... They NEVER have anything ready, even when they blow your phone and app up to say an RX is ready, it isn't.... Went a couple months ago for a Covid/flu test that I made an appt for, they didn't have the combo so instead of me being able to do the Covid test they maybe me reschedule on the app "oh but don't worry what the time says you can do it now AFTER you drive back around and get in line all over again." Wow thanks. Today I had to have a Covid/flu test because I'm an RN an a hospital and needed to go back to work.... Apparently they stopped doing drive thru? And I would have to come inside, but the pharmacist was at lunch.... Ok fine I was early for an appt, but I was unsure how long I would be in the drive thru, also had no clue it wasn't self swab anymore.... Then after checking in and they took my $20 payment I wanted another 30 mins to get swabbed. The same swab process we've been doing via drive thru.

My regular pharmacy was out of my prescription. My pharmacist, Walmart in Mebane, NC (Dawn), was nice to call around and find me the medicine that I needed. She called me back and said Walgreens in Mebane, NC had it and she had called my doctors office to explain and that they need to call another prescription into Walgreens. The worst, unorganized experience I have ever been through. If I went through the details for 2 days what happened, you would not believe it and there is not enough room on here. Just know, don't go there for your Pharmacy needs. The store may be nice, but stay away from the Pharmacy.

Had an appointment at 4:30 and still waiting after an hour. The people at the counter seem lost. Not sure who the manager here is because I have never seen one. I would highly recommend you visit another pharmacy.

Rude staff slow, they act like they don't what they are doing it's the same every time you come in to medication filled. Store manager know and dose nothing about it. Tells it tells customers coupons are no good.

Every month there's a new problem. I can't understand why a pharmacy can't do what they are in business to do. You can't get scripts filled promptly, constantly calling, lines around the building, this last issue will prompt me to move my business. Don't recommend.

This is my go to pharmacy for all of my medical needs. They have a drive through for convenience and the staff is extremely nice. You can fill your prescriptions, get your photos printed and do a little shopping all at the same time. If you download their app you can also access their coupons and rewards! It's always organized when I am there.

Only at Walgreens can you have an appointment for a drive through covid test, wait 20 minutes for someone who did not have to pull around because their medication wasn't ready, and then when you finally get to the window they say "do you mind pulling around for your covid test?" I've been sitting in this drive through for over an hour so what's the point of a scheduled appointment? Every experience here is a bad one.

I went to the Mebane Oaks road Walgreens to get a passport photo. I waited approximately 10-15 for someone to help me. Someone did come over to let me know the person the could do passport photos was busy checking out customers up front. After waiting, the lady, Mikala, came over at 5:25pm and asked who needed a passport photo. When I replied, she asked if I minded waiting so she could count the pharmacy registers because they needed to leave at 6:00pm. I asked her how long it would be to which she responded "after 6:00pm". Honestly, I am completely dumbfounded that you would consider asking a customer to wait 30+ minutes for a passport photo so you could do housekeeping to get employees out the door. Customer service has never been great at this location, but this situation takes lack of customer service to another level. I understand that it is hard to find quality help these days but I hope this is not what Walgreens considers acceptable. I am at a loss of what else to say. Extremely disappointed.
