Worst pharmacy in history. I have even had the wrong number of pills filled (90 when I should have to got 30) and when I let them know, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. Granted, this wasn't a controlled substance, but I would still assume they keep track of inventory regardless of what is being filled.

Absolute joke of a Pharmacy. They are ALWAYS short staffed. The Pharmacy does NOT OPEN UNTIL 4PM ON A WEEKDAY. IF you have prescriptions you NEED. DO NOT get them here, because you will NEVER actually get them. They literally will let you schedule services they can not provide. The staff that are there are overworked. I can not WAIT to watch this location get shut down

friendly staff. be mindful of the expire dates on products. whomever is stocking the shelves is not doing proper rotation.

Used to be a great pharmacy, but went downhill for some odd reason. my birth control had 11 refills and tried to refill on the insurance date, kept getting an “please call walgreens” so i finally did …. lady on the phone said she had got it to go through and quickly hung up. Checked site and she had NOT got it to go through. had to call 4 different times to get an answer and had to call my doctor myself to figure out why their system wasn’t allowing a refill. would have preferred more communication through walgreens an why my prescription was closed out… not that hard to pick up a phone and call and explain a situation before i realize the system is messed up!

Pharmacists are good, but most techs are slow and unprofessional. I believe it's a widespread Walgreens problem. Seems like a terrible place to work.

Giving one star to be able to leave review. Second month in a row my medication was on backorder. Waited for 2 days. No one informed me. Wait time on phone is ridiculously. You never get a live person. When I finally got someone was told to have my doctor use another pharmacy.Some Costumer sevice. You people suck.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have been waiting on my blood pressure medicine for two weeks & they keep transferring me to their dispensary line that always hangs up on you. This is serious business playing with peoples medication. Never again!!!!

One more downvote for the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I went to pick up my rx on my lunch and it took them 10 minutes to even locate it. Then I discovered they had filled a completely different brand, dose, and size than what my doctor called in without consulting either one of us. The price was much higher. (I had a coupon for the brand I had requested). When I asked them to fill what was called in, the ignorant and unhelpful employee first said it would take longer because it's a special order and then said it would still be over 4x what my coupon (which has the pharmacy listed on it as well) said the price would be. "I can't help what the prices are, ma'am." I didn't have the time or willpower to ask for the pharmacist or a supervisor with a long line.They also required me to go online to book my covid shot and when I showed up for my appt they said "oh no ma'am, we don't do that here" - after I walked past a blinking red sign that says "Get your covid shot here."Don't waste your time. CVS is right across the street.Don't waste your time.

Processed prescription for review. Reviewed online and status processing. Was out of town a couple of days and status changed to cancelled. Pharmacy tech could not explain why it was cancelled. Long waits on telephone. I am transferring all prescription s to mail order as they come up for renewal. Service last year has been a problem.

I can’t even believe this is a business let alone one trusted with medicine. Call and get put on a long hold. Then explains situation to moron who puts me back on a long hold that hangs up on me. Call back pharmacy multiple times and they will not answer the phone. How is this acceptable for a pharmacy??? This is insanity

On hold for two hours and hung up on three times by pharmacy phone system. Live person who answered never came back to phone and second live person didn’t understand basic English—-go to CVS—-CVS is 100 times better in Mebane.

Some Associates are favored over others, would not advise to work here. The ones Micheal does favor (Brianna)spend hours in the store not doing any work and being a shift lead she depends on other associates to do the work she’s suppose to help with or get done herself. He leaves the store with the associate while both being clocked in still. Even if you report him for favoritism the district manager and micheal are friends so he lets micheal bypass any problems that’s reported about him or about the store and he does allow her to get paid more than anybody else and she’s the most laziest shift lead and effortless person i’ve seen working for a place that’s supposed to be professional,he supposed to be running. Not a great place to work at :(
