don’t waste your time.. they will have you waiting an hour just so they can tell you in your face that your medicaid doesn’t exist/is out of date. i called an hour later (after doing nothing differently) and was told my medicaid does work and my prescription is ready? just keep it. i don’t need terrible service.. this is why i always go to a piedmont health pharmacy! thought walmart would work since it was closer. never go that route! (all this was after ALREADY being profiled by walmart worker)

I was PICKING up my RX at 5PM and had already spoken to an associate before arriving concerning a GOOD RX coupon. Her only advice was to show it when I came.Not a soul in line and ONE person being assisted. Waiting for over 10 minutes for one of the 4 associates to check me OUT! Instead all of them were merely moving bags from one shelf to another, even after I made eye contact with them! When I spoke about the COUPON at the correct counter, I was told to go to the DROP OFF counter!Over 15 minutes later I walked out, got home and called Publix Pharmacy in Burlington to get it transferred! This is a great pharmacy!Never again Walmart Pharmacy! You all don’t deserve ONE star!

This pharmacy has gone down hill for the past 5 or 6 years. It's always a different staff. They lie about your prescriptions being ready. Claim to be out of certain products. It's just horrible

Customer service on phone is horrible stay on hold 30 min no answer the day my medicine is suppose to be filled well it isn't takes up to 4 days and then they send a text saying it's ready then when I go to pick it up at drive thru it's not ready then wait 15 more minutes inside this has happed for several months and by looking at these reviews many aren't happy

Technician was extremely rude name of Stacy. She needs a attitude adjustment and made my first experience at Walmart Pharmacy my LAST! She is very unprofessional and RUDE. Cusses at customers.

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I would rather drive 30 min out of my way to go to the next nearest one. On one occurance I stood in line for about 5 min when I was the only one in line and there were 5 people working. They have shorted me on my prescriptions. Told me my prescriptions were ready when they weren't. Charged me for prescriptions when my insurance covers all of it. Ran out of my prescription so they couldn't even fill it to begin with. I cannot believe that a pharmacy of their conditions is even still in operation. Such a disservice to customers.

New design. Can order and pay online then drive to store and pick up at the front of the store. They are extremely busy on weekends. So busy you may bump into other customers. I recommend mirrors at end of aisles. Of course the full walmarts have most of what you need at the spare of the moment. They definitely need someone at the material section or at least instructions on how to get help when needing to buy from that section.

Quick and easy my a**. Every single time I go to the pharmacy You have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes in line, Which is utterly ridiculous. Get up to the line you would think that the cashier would be Hi welcome to Walmart how can I help you or :) :) or something nice to say to you but no all you get is a grumpy face. Every time I go to this pharmacy I have to wait another 15 to 30 minutes for my prescription when I already called it, Many days in advance. They are given plenty enough time to get your medication ready. I will admit there are some times when I've called in advance and the prescription is not ready and they will offer you a partial which Is nice. It's a waste of time energy and gas to come backup the next day or the day after that to get the rest. Also have to add who signed up for the crapy attitude from the pharmacist, Scott? There is no need for a professional to cop an attitude with a customer for no need at all. I understand you're aggravated, and frustrated due to long hours. Although there is NO need for you to take your aggression out on your customer. Correct me if I'm wrong but WE the customers pay your bills... Be appreciated that you have a job!

I have always had a great experience with my pharmacy in Mebane. Funny how some people just show up, hand in their script and expect it to be filled pronto. Only if there were 5 pharmacists on duty. You can call it in ahead, easy peasy on their system and then come in for pickup. Nothing hard about that. I particularl love Nikki, a great professional.

Better customer service than other Wal-Marts around the alamance area but they need to have more cashiers available,the line gets so behind and it's so frustrating they always seem to have one cashier available.

I find the staff at this location to be particularly helpful. When working with someone's medication, I do not look for speed of service but rather accuracy of service. I am happy to wait while I see the employees working and not just standing around. I have always been satisfied with the service I receive in this great Mebane location.
