This Walmart is always popping and full of people. Although it's full of people it's not full or workers lol. They have a few self checkout registers and those lines move way quicker than the tradition registers. They have a subway, hair salon and Clair's. My girls love going to Clair's there! The parking lot is very busy so watch your surroundings.

Placed orders on two separate occasions for tires that are shown in-stock. Both times this Walmart cancels the order as I am on the way to pick them up from out of town, and I am left with no explanation. Easier for them to hit cancel on their computer than to complete my order without ad much as a phone call explaining the reasoning. Their tire and auto center needs to been audited and straightened out.

This store actually sucks. Not only did I have to wait in line for 30 minute to access a grocery pick up spot. I've been sitting in this spot for another 30 minutes. I called and it kept sending me to voicemail. Then when it'd actually ring they wouldn't answer. I still haven't gotten my groceries. Who wants to sit and wait an hour for a grocery pickup they said was ready. I'm beyond mad at this point. I just got off work and have places to be. I don't get how it could take this long or why they can't answer the damn phone. Even better now they are saying they "can't find" 6 of my containers. Update: my moms bf went back an hour later and they still couldn't find the order. I ended up canceling the order. And I don't blame this on the employees, it's poor management. When I asked them how they lost 6 containers the employee said " honestly we don't know where half these orders are". Just don't do online grocery pick up at Walmart... at least not at this one.

This store has really gone down in the last 10yrs that I've been in Mebane. The greeters at the door used to actually GREET you. Now they drop their heads, pretend to be busy or just stare at you. The staff are not friendly anymore either. The store is very poorly stocked. You have to compete with the workers and their carts speeding around in and out of the aisles trying to fill online orders. If I could give "Zero" stars, I would.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Mebane walmart and the rude employees were shopping for the pickup and go customer. We could not get by them. Their carts were in the middle of the aisles while they looked for items. I got trapped between two of these shoppers and had to wait on them to get their items. Reading their shopping list they don't even know you are there. They have not been trained to let in store shoppers continue their own shopping. Rude! Not going back to the Mebane store and will be watching at the others. In store customers should not be put out!

Sooooo at 606 pm went to get a oil change and AGAIN was told they stopped doing oil changes due to staffing issues. Fix this. I work crazy hrs and need weekend service. Dont advertise a time your are not going to honor. The store MANAGER Daniel was not going to help us. It took a store employee to step up and offer to do the oil change. Not very good customer service Daniel...especially for a MANAGER. Shame on you Daniel.
