Drew is great and so is Mrs Kayleigh. When they are not there you are treated as if you are doing wrong, they will lie to you, make excuses on why you can't have this or that or why the customer is so very wrong and they want get certain medications in. I left warrens pharmacy because it's always an excuse.

Usually don't have any problems with these guys they're pretty efficient and have everything I need at a competitive price but today really pissed me off. Pulled up to the drive-thru because my blood pressure medicine was ready and because of my super bad knees especially in the this cold weather it's not easy to get in and out of the car and walk in even with a handicap sign being closer so I opt for the drive-thru. There's a car sitting at the window already when I get there and I sat and sat and sat for 15 minutes and I had already gotten my text that my prescription was ready so all I needed to do was pick it up yet they sent no one out to check on me and yes they know you're there cuz they have cameras and when I called to complain all I got was an apology. not any type of reimbursement or anything for my time and frustration. I'm always asked to pull around the building and get behind the person that's behind me if my stuff isn't ready or there is a problem which there has been several times why didn't they do that with this person and get me on through there or send someone out to tell me. Called to talk to the owner and was on hold for 10min so i finally hung up.

They have got just as bad as all the big pharmacies now. You call and Kylie will tell you your prescription is ready, but it's not ready or they could bring it out this day, but they don't bring it out someone has to sign for it one person will tell you another one will leave it it's all about a damn dollar bill now nobody cares you got the rearrange your life just to for some damn medication to be delivered to your home you paying a delivery fee and you still got to go through the inconvenience of dealing with people who do not communicate with one another

I've been going to Warrens for close to 20 years. That's not by accident.Any time I am forced to use Walgreens or CVS I am unhappy. Something about personal service, knowing the customer is only found at Warrens.

Placed prescription in the drop box. Called in the afternoon to see if prescription was ready. Was told the drop box had not been opened. Something about the individual with access to it wasn’t there. I had to rush around to find another provider as the prescription was compound for a dying pet. An experience I will never forget.

A really bad pharmacy if you’re expecting to get your meds in a timely manner. This place is consistent at throwing nonsense bureaucracy at trying to get your scripts filled. In addition to that, if you try to leave them and have your scripts sent to another pharmacy they’ll do anything to make it painful. Stick with CVS or Walgreens.

I have been using Warren’s drugs for quite a few years. If you have not tried an independent pharmacy i think you’re missing out. The whole crew knows what they’re doing and you are treated right. Give them a try, i am sure you will be very satisfied

I have been using Warren’s Drug store in Mebane for a decade.I was a little skeptical at first, although friends highly recommended the place, because I was afraid the prices would be higher than what I can get at a big chain pharmacy. I was also a little concerned because their hours weren’t as extensive as a big chain might is. I did not need to worry.Their prices are in some cases even lower than the big chains. While there are not a lot of isles of supplies to stroll through while I wait, they are extremely efficient at filling prescriptions quickly and answering questions with confidence. If for some reason, I had an emergency that required I get something filled after hours, I can always hit up any of the chains in town. So far that has not been a problem.I love that the staff at Warren’s is exceptionally communicative. When something is not in stock, and there’s going to be a short delay, they tell me exactly when I can expect it to be ready. I submit refills through their app, and they will text, call, or email, or all three when my meds are ready, based on my choice of notification.They have compounded medications for me and for my animals, and they know who I am when I pull through the drive-through or walk in the door.I know who my pharmacist is. I can recognize the faces of the staff over the course of years. I can directly ask the pharmacist a question any time I need to, whether I am walking in or on the phone. They make time for their customers.This is truly a community based business run by locals for locals. Outside of some very small town drug stores, I haven’t seen this kind of service in decades, and I genuinely enjoy it.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Warrens is the best pharmacy in Mebane! The staff is always so polite, they always have my medication ready and never have long wait times. Highly recommend!

One time, while very ill, Warren's was the only local drugstore that carried the nebulizer, supplies, and medications that I needed. Following that incident, I moved all my prescriptions over to them and have never regreted it. Friendly caring staff.

Never had an issue that I can recall, i'm so glad I started going there years ago and got away from the other drug storesPrompt service and nice people couldn't think of going anywhere else
