White lady, I think the manager, was extremely disrespectful and rude when I asked for a check that I was going to void (as my employer requested one). She accused me and my family of wanting to get involved in fraudulent activity and rejected to provide us with a temporary check. We have never been treated this way before at a Wells Fargo. She had a horrible tone and attitude and talked to me as if I was d**** I wish I had gotten her name. The other workers were nice and trying to help.

I live in West Burlington and first tried that branch but the people were rude and didn't show much interest in helping. I took a chance and stopped at the Mebane location because I happened to be going that way. It was the complete opposite. Every person was happy and helpful. I had to go there twice for some moderately challenging financial issues. Both times I worked with Jonathan and he was great. Extremely professional and courteous. You can tell the team is well trained and enjoy what they do. I will happily make the longer drive moving forward to this location for my financial needs.

Not a good bank for people who live pay check to pay check. It will cost you money to have an account. An good luck finding one open after 5 on a weekday or even open on a Saturday. Most times depositing a check wont be available till next day. They say online cashing is instant but most times i have to wait a day or two
