The pharmacy is five years of customer service that is impeccable. Everyone there always work hard to make sure you are well taken care of. Mr Al would go out of his way to help the most and everyone always friendly giving you the best care. The owners want a real pharmacy at this location and believe the way locals do business have mutual respect and honesty. God bless the pharmacy for five years and more.
Everyone is friendly. I stopped there for ice cream in the summer. Chat with AL our local owner. We love getting our prescriptions as well. I recommend this place, there's part of the store as a gift shop with local artist have their Arts in display.

I am so glad I switched from the big box pharmacies to Middlesex Pharmacy. These folks really take care of their patients and go the extra mile. It’s especially gratifying to support local business and get small town personal customer service. 5/5 stars!!
