I believe this location employs some of the nicest and most helpful people around town. I frequently order curbside pick up for the large items that I struggle to get while also toting around a small child (dog food, well salt, etc.). Occasionally I will forget we need the essentials like dog food until I am almost home. I can't remember a single time that I've placed an order and it wasn't ready within 5 minutes. They always bring my order out promptly and are so kind while loading it into my vehicle. Sometimes a Curbside order can make someone feel guilty, like maybe I am capable of getting all of this myself, but they never treat you as an inconvenience and are always willing to help. Thank you for making this mamas life so much easier.

Above and beyond
I bought a Blackstone grill but unfortunately the screws did not come in the box. I returned the next day and met with the store manager and just as soon as I told him what happened we immediately went and opened the box on a new one, handed me the screws from it and I was on my way.
Didn't even ask to see my purchase receipt from the previous day even though I went in there expecting push back so yea I was pleasantly surprised.

I am very disappointed in this store. During the last 6 weeks I have have been to this store 3 times and relied on this store to have what they say they have in stock. I usually check online to see if the item(s) I need are available. Two of the three times I've gone the items I needed were not available in the store when online it listed them in stock and stated how many they had in stock. Bottom line - if looking for online availablity, call the store and verify they actually have it before going. I don't know if it's like this at other Tractor Supply stores or not, but they seem to have issues with their online inventory versus actual store inventory. Lesson learned!

Excellent Customer Service at Tractor Supply! (Highly Recommend)
My husband recently bought a pesticide spray from Tractor Supply, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective after one use. Even though it was past the usual 30-day return window, the store recognized it was a manufacturer defect and went above and beyond to help us.
Ashley, the cashier, remembered selling us the spray with the pesticide chemicals two months prior. Matt, the store manager, impressed us with his exceptional service. He personally tested the spray with water outside the store and promptly accepted the return. Not only that, he even replaced it with a new one that works perfectly fine, completely free of charge!
This experience exemplifies outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Tractor Supply to anyone looking for gardening supplies and exceptional staff!

Went today to get more landscaping rock. They had it in stock, but not out for customers to buy. I was told that the product was "buried" in the back area of the store, and "it's raining, why would you want it?" Told the associate that I didn't mind getting wet, just wanted to finish my project, but he wouldn't make an attempt to get the product. I'll still buy the rock later from the same location, just very disappointed in my experience today. If you're not wanting/willing to help customers, because it's raining, why be open?

Showed up to get propane tank filled 40 mins before they close to have them tell me they shut down propane fills an hour before close! Makes no sense! And that information is not posted anywhere so how would I know! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just left for the 3rd visit today, propane this trip,at least I thought,730 cut off time for ever, but I got there 713 with associate filling customer, but turned me away,if changing the time should have been posted for people to see, beforehand, always hunting for something that's,oh it's in the back, come back tomorrow, nope, I won't be back, very poor management!!

I was there this afternoon, Oct 30, 2023. The young, bearded guy who was the assistant manager was unbelievably helpful. And he even helped me with a smile on his face. I was very impressed with this young man. Kudos also to the man who took my brand new 30lb propane tank and filled it with propane. Very courteous and professional, just like the assistant manager.I am in Metro Charlotte, NC for the winter and I know that I have found an excellent hardware/propane store to go to for the rest of my stay.
