Impossible to call them and get an answer about a package because I am stuck in a loop with a robot. So frustrating.

The guy behind the counter was so rude. I had a package held for pickup and he was not able to locate it and was bad mouthing in front of me. It was very unprofessional. This is the second time I have HAD to go here and both times have been horrible.
