My parents and I waited over 30 minutes for our miso soups only for them to be lukewarm, and my mom’s noodles soaked up most of the broth by the time she got her ramen. My dad and I specifically asked for our soup and sushi to come out together, but by the time our sushi came out our soup was cold. Our two orders of sushi took over 45 minutes to come out.The food was alright (probably great if we got it fresh out of the kitchen or sushi bar), but the service was severely lacking. Be prepared to wait for your food. We were not the only table waiting a long time for our food to come out. My family will not be coming back.

Not impressed at all with the service or the food. They didn’t check in on us in the hour we were there. We ordered 2 sushi rolls that took over 45 minutes to receive and they were fine. But nothing more than that.

Very disappointed. We have been here many times and it's been great. However this time was horrible. We came to listen to the music. Unfortunately the food wasn't that great. Service horrible for not being busy. Ordered miso soup, it actually smelled bad. I'm worried that I will be sick later. I had to walk in to order this, as the waitress had disappeared. (Only 2 tables outside and one at the sushi bar). I asked for a glass for a beer and 15 mins later, i had to walk in to ask again. The sushi ordered, the taste was good but it must have been a new sushi roller because it was very sloppy. This makes me sad because in the past I have really enjoyed the experience and the food. Last but not least the construction equipment in the front was ridiculous. Creating a safety hazard to get into the restaurant. I gave it 2 stars because the kirin beer and poke bowl was the only good thing about the experience. $136 for a little sake, 3 beers, 2 salad dishes and 2 sushi rolls was NOT worth the money.

Everything tasted really great and service was very friendly! Would eat here again! The Gingers Revenge was a refreshing, slightly spicy ginger beer!

There is room for improvement. First off there was a bad impression when you walk it and it doesn't "feel clean"... there are truck stops where you can eat food off the floor that's better than this. The waiter was super nice, he could have been a smidgen more attentive given that there were only 3 tables and then two within 5 minutes of us being there. But it was only his second shift working, so he did great for that. The menus were disgusting. If I'm paying 50+ for 2 people to eat, I expect things to be nice and not feel like i need to wash my hands after, and to top that I had to sit and swat two flies and a gnat the entirety of my meal. In the restaurant name it has noodles, which I wouldn't boast about considering there were only 2 dishes, which were soup (*and we got one that was horrible, I rather have Raman noodles at home... it had a full egg that was only part cooked inside(in the yellow))... I was expecting some sort of noodle dishes... there are sushi rolls, some appetizers, two soups, a couple of salad dishes, and rolls on the back side of menu.... we tried some rolls, very loosely rolled but the veggie roll was alright.. pork dumplings were the best thing about it. As we sat and finished eating what we could, the chef came out and sat with some friends and began cursing up a storm beside us, one table over... this was unprofessional and I couldn't have imagined if my kids were with us. If it was customers they wouldn't be there every time and that's not what brings people back to restaurants but given the situation, he shouldn't have been talking loud enough for us to hear if he wanted to speak that way. I always try to leave an honest review and I like to go back places to see if maybe it was a fluke... I'll try it in a few weeks and see if any improvements/options to the menu and the customer service have improved. I appreciate when people tell me how to improve, so hopefully some positive changes will be made... Another side note which is not the restaurants fault, in TIEC, is signage in general... directions, welcoming, to know there are people there.... kind of like that movie about the Wax people in that town... ? People passing through not here specifically for events or living around wouldn't know it is even here. You think maybe if it was busier there, too then they would have better options at this specific establishment and also have to be held to a higher standard as a whole. I'll update once I go back!

Very small dining area, and the sushi was mostly tempura rolls and cooked rolls. Not a lot of variety as far as raw rolls. The staff was nice. It wasn't what I expected after reading the other reviews. We ended up at UMI in hendersonville instead.

I've been to many sushi places around Greenville/Greer and this one without a doubt was phenomenal. Everything from the service we received to the rolls themselves; absolutely amazing. Very welcoming, professional, and had a great evening. Thank you Spence!!Will be back for sure!

Wow this place was amazing, the sushi was super fresh and delish. We had a group of us sitting outside trying to figure out where to go to eat because everything was closed and the owner/manager came out and said we can place and order they’ll make us food. They were so nice made us food to go. We will be back again!

Not the traditional Japanese restaurant. Very limited menu. Sushi rolls were large and delicious. Audrey provided great service.

The service was terrible! I waited an hour for my California Roll. It’s nothing but amateurs in the kitchen.

Ordered the ramen and salad. Ramen had ONLY half a boiled egg, 2 scallion bits. Where does the other side of the egg go? It smelled awful and not even soft boiled the way ramen eggs are. So on top of not even getting the whole egg, it had a bland milky taste. The salad was just lettuce, cucumber and cooked salmon. Stick to the sushi, maybe.
