“I called them today to see if they could help find a package that was delivered to my address. They were very helpful and actually got my information to call me back later with an update (which they did): The mailman actually delivered the package fine, but left the key for the parcel locker inside the parcel locker itself! I was at least grateful they did not lose it and actually helped me out! These are great people here.”

“Always friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable as well. I have one issue however. I ordered a $50 remote for my flat screen. They showed it as being delivered but I never received the remote. It wasn't in my mailbox. I had other packages in there but that wasn't one of them. There are two other mailboxes next to my & I explained that that scanner can't distinguish which of the three mailboxes it was placed in. I was told I could file a claim but it more than likely be denied. I tried numerous times to file said claim online but the site kept denying me access. Now I'm out of $50 that I paid for that remote which I waited patiently for about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I am a retired postal clerk & I am truly disappointed with the outcome of this situation. That's my two cents worth!”

“My Mother wasn't getting her Newspaper, I initially called the Paper and they told me it was getting delivered to the Post Office but not being delivered to her. Well today I had nice lady from the Post Office call me to explain more about whats going on and reassure me they will be taking steps to ensure my Mom gets her Newspaper. It was nice that they actually reached out to me and hopefully they fix whatever the issue was as my Mother depends on those Newspapers.”
