“I scraped my car and dislodged the front left side of the bumper. I looked up auto body shops and drove in on a Monday afternoon without calling first. At first glance I was worried I’m in the wrong place but as soon as I pulled in I was greeted and helped. Chris is incredibly skilled and put my bumper back in 10 minutes. I got an extremely reasonable quote for the pain job. If you want to support your local community instead of a national chain Lane’s paint and body shop is a great choice. Honest and helpful folk who have been here their whole lives. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, they’ve got my business!”

However, it did take much longer to complete repairs on my vehicle than estimated, but I chalk that up to the time of year (Holidays), waiting on insurance approvals, and others also trying to get repairs after Hurricane Helene. I would still highly recommend them in the future (they even washed/cleaned the car before I picked it up)!”

I called HVL body shop as a last resort. When other shops gave me extremely high estimates without even seeing the car, José and Stephanie immediately drove out to see it for themselves. The quoted me literally a fraction of what others were. I just wanted it driveable, but they ended up fixing some cosmetic issues not previously discussed and wouldn’t let me compensate them for it- in their words, they’ve been young parents before and wanted to fix me up to drive around town with my baby comfortably. I literally could not recommend them enough!! The most honest family owned business I know of in the area.”
“This location in Flat Rock was fantastic from beginning until the end. I had a 2020 Camry I took here after an accident and had a wonderful experience so when bad luck struck me again I brought my RAV4 here. The team at this location was extremely detailed and helpful throughout the multiple processes involved with repairing my RAV4. The friendly face at the front desk (Britney) was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Colby was very helpful with text message updates on my cars movement through the repair. I would recommend this place a million times over and if bad luck bites me again… I know where to go! Thank you to everyone at Joe Hudson’s collusion center!”

“Worley Automotive is the BEST automotive shop in the area! I have the story to prove it....
The day before I was supposed to leave on a vacation to Belize my car's "All Wheel Drive" (AWD) light came on. I knew I had to get this checked before driving to the Charlotte Airport, so I began calling different shops, and A&D Garage had an opening that day. After a 2-hour wait I was told that my car's differential was completely shot, new parts needed to be ordered, and it was unsafe to drive home. For context- I'm a recent college graduate with no car knowledge- but even I knew this wasn't right. I asked for my keys, drove home and was later given a quote of $2,800 dollars to "fix" the issue. A total SCAM!
This is where the story takes a happy turn :) I live just down the street from Worley Automotive and after their incredible service I will be a lifelong customer. Worley Automotive not only properly diagnosed my car but they picked it up from my apartment and fixed it while I was on vacation. That way it would be ready by the time I got back! If that's not the most exceptional customer service I don't know what is. In addition to being incredibly kind, Dennis and the rest of the staff are extremely experienced and transparent- which is a rare find in the automotive industry. Unlike A&D Garage, Dennis had the knowledge, expertise and integrity to assess and fix my car. The total was $350. I truly can't thank them enough! If you live anywhere near the area you will never find a more trustworthy place to take your car than Worley Automotive.
