“I've been going to Heroes Car Wash in Asheville since it opened and it's great. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The car wash stations are spaced out enough to clean both sides of your vehicle comfortably, the vacuums are strong, the air blower is wonderful for removing dust and the stations are always full of cleaners and fresh towels. The actual car washing machine is great and cleans my SUV very nicely. The staff always comes around to hand dry off the rear of the vehicle and offer a friendly greeting. I would definitely recommend coming here to wash your vehicle!”

“This whole experience was fantastic. Chris was our salesperson and he was awesome! He was so nice and knew the car so well. He wasn't pushy, he knew or found out the answer to all of my questions. David the manager went and found the car color combination we requested. He was also so helpful. We emailed back and forth for 2 days straight. The business manager Keith was very quick with the paperwork and hilarious! He made the whole thing fun. I usually leave car transactions exhausted from pushy, over bearing people and this was the total opposite. Everyone made us feel like they were there to help us. We would 100% buy from them again. I have nothing but good things to say about every single piece of this transaction as well as every person we came in contact with.”

“Recently got my 2013 Dodge Challenger’s paint corrected here. The finish was eaten up with acid rain, swirl marks, and the whole nasty lot. The car is black and everyone who has a black car knows every little thing stands out. Expert Auto detail of Asheville made this car look like it came straight off the assembly in terms of paint. “I have lived in this area for years. There is not another car wash in 50 mile that can even come close to being as good as this place. I have been using this car wash for just a little over 30 year's. They keep thier equipment well maintained and make sure that you won't run out of soap, wax, tire cleaner, exc. They generally keep up with the trash and vacuums where the vacuums do what they should and if you have trash you can put it where it belongs. If you use other car washes in the area your wasting your money, at least for this type. If you go to one of the automated washes you will end up with scratches and Swirl marks on your vehicle. Thanks for 30 years of good consistent service Southern Pride. Keep doing what your doing, it works!”
