“A huge thank you to Kelly Semones and Holston Gases who came through for me quickly and efficiently after I had been badly let down by Southern States. I was on the auto fill program with Southern States which means they can see your propane level from their location and they don't let you run out of gas that way.
Not only did they let me run out of gas last week in bitterly cold weather, they didn't come for 8 days and left me high and dry in a VERY cold house. Desperate, I called Kelly at Holston who arranged to set up an account for me to get their service, but he actually drove out to my house in Swannanoa from Waynesville and bought me a portable propane heater to help warm the place for the weekend. That was over and above the call of duty and so kind and considerate of him and I really appreciated it. Now I am sitting in a warm house with my gas stove up and running again all thanks to Kelly Semones and Holston Gases. If you need propane for residential heat like me, give them a call - you won't regret it!”

“We had a leak which no one could find until the Ferrell Gas repairman showed up. He spent nearly 2 hours and finally found the leak. He replaced an old coupling outside/underground which had cracked over time and was leaking. He was excellent and a pleasure to speak with. Their propane deliveries/drivers have also been excellent! Highly recommend Ferrell Gas.”

“We had Mike Harsey come to give us an estimate and while he was inspecting the gas lines in the crawl space, he noticed that our dryer vent had disconnected and was dumping lint and humidity in our crawl space He explained what had happened and why this could cause significant damage. We appreciate his professionalism and care for his customer.”
