Dr. Chen is very good. But overall, I have a very hard time getting doctor's appointments with Atrium in general. It's currently March and the first available endocrinology appointment with the doctor that I was referred to is mid July. Crazy.

Dr. Morcos's bedside manner is horrible. My son had an appointment with him about a sore throat, while he was there he told him he keeps getting pains in his chest/rib area that he's been concerned about. Dr. Morcos looked at his chart and seen where my son had some issues with anxiety last summer do to a tramatic event that happened in his life. Dr. Morocos said he didn't have time to waist on talking to him about his anxiety and he was tired of patients taking up his time to talk about their mental state. My son has an issue with the bones in his chest cracking near the sternum I don't see how this is anxiety related!!! We will NEVER see this so called doctor again.

We have stayed with the Mint Hill care of Dr. Marc Harvey and Nurse Lynn since retiring tot he Charlotte area 12 years ago. That says something positive more than words.

Atrium overall is an outstanding organization. Organized and dedicated people & systems. I’d like to call out Dr Heitbrink from the Mint Hill office. He KNOWS his craft and has a proactive approach towards medical care. He actually calls you personally the day any test results come in. Just a first class act — period!

Easy to make an appointment online. I filled in all forms beforehand to be ready. I checked in, everyone at front desk was nice. The assistant, Lynn, came out to get me and checked weight, DP, temp, blood oxygen and asked questions to prep Dr. Harvey. She was great to talk to and answered any questions I had. My visit with Dr. Harvey was great. My first time with him, for my physical and to make him my primary physician. He lived up to his reviews and recommendations. He came in prepared and listened to me and made good decisions. I have found my new primary care provider! The lab specialist was easy to deal with and friendly. Hardly felt the needle. It was a great visit.
