Awful experience, went and got a new phone, had the associate Victoria put a screen protector on. After watching her struggle to put it on and ignore the guides in the box for 5 straight minutes, she put the phone in the original box and I went home to activate the phone. After going home and inspecting it, the screen protector was on at a slant, bottom edges were screwed up and not even sticking to the phone anymore.
Went in the very next day to get an exchange and or a refund, and the associate Yarlin straight up lied to my face said nothing could be done about it and that I was basically out of luck.. after spending $80 on a screen protector you'd expect something to be done about it when you had an associate that should know what they're doing to install it for you.
Went to the Albemarle road location and the rep there was very nice, and she told me I could get a replacement or a refund if I went back to the store and if i had any issues for them to call her and told me I was being lied to and to talk to a manager.
After returning to the store, I spoke to a new associate that wasn't there in my first visit and he helped me immediately and gave me a refund straight in front of Yarlin after she had told me not an hour before "nothing can be done, we can't refund or exchange something after it's been used".
Shout out to Brandon, if it wasn't for him I'd be completely out of luck dealing with a $80 jacked up screen protector.

Double check your bill.
The employees, in our case Vickie, will assure you that you are enrolled in one plan but secretly enroll you into another one that’s more expensive as well as add additional add ons.
The employees and store manager will also excuse the behavior and attempt to highlight the benefits of your new plan that you did NOT ask to be enrolled in. The store manager will guide you on how to fix the bill via the app, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place and defeats the whole point of going into the store to set up your phone plan.
Unfortunately as great as ATT is, I cannot trust or recommend using this location.

I have been with At&t for years never experience this type of service. I called three times no answer, drove out my way got there expecting the store to be packed and it's empty. 2 employees and the boyfriend of 1. She was sitting there with a towel wrapped around her finger because she was bleeding and proceeded to my account. If that's not unsanitary I don't know what is. She was a bit sarcastic... and didn't even want to check inventory to see if they had what I wanted. Guess I'll go back Kings Dr location!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!Be very careful with this store, definitely get a second opinion elsewhere before doing anything and don’t sign up for paperless billing. This store will tell you whatever lie they can get to get commissions and completely screw you over.The store will blame corporate but when you call corporate they blame the store. So at the end of the day you’ll be out hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Went here to simply add a line and new device. Was told we must get the Apple watch for basically no increase. We were told our bill would only go up 15-20 a month total inc line and device. Get our bill and its $65 more! We go back in and they added insurance plans and the cost of watch was another 25-30. Called AT&T and was able to send the watch back as it wasnt needed and got bill less than 10 more a month now. This place lies and would not go back. Waste of time and $
