Never answers their phone. Calling every day to see if they carry 2 dollar bills. People at door just stand there. No bathrooms. 4 check teller stations and one teller.

This bank just has an awful turn around time. I don't know if everyone has COVID-19 at the same time or not but for months it's only been a person working the drive-thru & inside. 2 -3 other employees just walk around telling you she'll be right with you. It looks like BOA could hire some temporary help or just more help in general. Not my bank of choice, I'm doing deposit for employer. My bank even during Covid has continued to be on top of things.

This afternoon I found myself needing to make a wire transfer last minute. At first I considered doing it online but since I was under time constraint, I decided to play it safe and go to the branch. In the past when I lived in Waxhaw, I never had a problem getting a wire transfer or cashiers check service in a timely manner. Here this was not the case. Maybe it was my appearance since I had come straight from working on out bathroom remodel. 10 min in line only to be told have a seat we have checked you in - 1 customer ahead of you. I was surprised - none of the tellers could do this? Well only one customer ahead of me. I waited almost 45 min and an associate came out and greeted the one customer ahead of me and pulled him in. Then she returned to me to inform me that it would be at least another 45 min before they could help me. When I expressed my surprise - she kept trying to convince me that appointments were the way to go. No joke - except I didn't know I would need to do a wire transfer that afternoon. I understand an appointment for loans, opening an account, securing a mortgage - but a wire transfer ? She couldn't have taken 5 min to do it? I won't be back. Customer service - poor.

If 0 stars were an option I would give it that!!! The worst service ever! Not to mention only 1 teller working both the drive up window & customers ..what the heck are the other employees doing?
