This place use to be great. The mom and pop that use to run this place understood customer service. The new team doesn’t understand it at all. I turn in my clothes on Wednesday for a pick up on Thursday after 5pm. Arrived on Saturday morning to find that my clothes were not ready and was told they would not be ready until Tuesday. I had to have the person at the desk dig in a basket for my clothes. I had to travel from Botswana to the U.S. and then back to Italy with dirty clothes. Hopefully I can get the clothes clean before heading to Kenya. This is the second incident with the new team. I use to love this place and its reputation. Both are going down.

Always drop off my husband's suits here. They have a fast turnaround time. People there are always nice. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend !

Excellent service and price points. Rapid turnaround for all services. On a side note, I had some nicer clothing straight up laundered and ironed among a large amount of dry cleaning. Put on that laundered outfit today and found the money I had left in those pants. You are not going to have that type experience in a lot places in this world. Speaks to the ethics of these amazing people. I highly recommend them, and was happy to find my funds. ?

We have been frequenting Countryside Cleaners since moving to Mint Hill in 2014. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the cleaning, both dry cleaning and laundry is always consistent. I’ve taken everything from my husband’s shirts to wool blankets and king size comforter. They are our go to service.

Love this place!! Matt and Kandi are always pleasant and efficient. I moved to Mint Hill 2.5 years ago and tried 2 other places before finding Countryside. They are the best!! Like the candy jar up front, too!!

I called before I stopped by on Wednesday, 11-22-23. I needed a choir robe cleaned. Multiple dry cleaners were open, but most would not have the robe ready until Tuesday. I needed it for an event on Saturday. The woman who answered the phone told me that if I dropped the robe off that day, it'd be ready on Friday.I picked up the robe Saturday morning, 11-25-23. It was pressed and the make-up spot was removed. I appreciate them coming through for me during the holidays. I would definitely return.

I have to start by saying I researched this cleaners and looked at google reviews to aid in my decision. The reason is they offered “same day and next day” cleaning. My husband flies in from Cali on Friday mornings, suits and shirts must go in on Friday out by Saturday, next day.
We were told in my 9 am out same day by 5. If the clothes are in after 9, out the next day. Assuming Saturday (most logical and that’s what Matt and Dan said??♀️)
The first weekend was successful. In by 11am, out the next day Saturday by 3 pm. We rinsed and repeated the next weekend. In by Friday at 1:30pm, came back next day Saturday NO SUITS. Kandi says, for inconvenience she would have the suits ready by Monday. NO CHARGE. Meanwhile we head to the mall for suits and shirts.
The next Friday I arrive to put in a new batch of suits and pick up the suits that weren’t ready on the previous Saturday. Matt acted like he was unaware. I told him Kandi said no charge. He did not charge and apologized for the inconvenience. He said they have been busy and they only do same day if it’s really needed. Welp! My husband flying in on the red eye each weekend is sort of “really need it”. And we chose this cleaners to use on a regular basis, in fact Kandi suggested a monthly account since we would be regulars.
My husband goes back to pick up the “next day” batch of suits and he was charged FULL PRICE even for the “inconvenience” discount that Kandi OFFERED- I NEVER ASKED.
Attached to our clothes was a note from Dan, Matt and Kandi. As if they were sending a note home with children. Totally unable to use a consistent voice among the 3. ?
I will say we are NOT complaining about paying. They cleaned the clothes, they deserve the pay. ONE ⭐️ BUT!! The unappreciated gall to be inconsistent on policy, not appreciate our business and then not be accountable for their actions. ?
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE AND WE PRAY FOR YOUR SUCCESS and that your ACCOUNTABILITY meter increases. ??
