They shut down entire pharmacy for lunch with the gate down. I am having an asthma issue right in front of them and they carry on doing very little, ranting about nothing and cracking dirty jokes. Not caring. Not professional.

COVID mediation was not in stock. Was told it would be in on Monday. My husband came down with COVID on Friday. They told him the medications would be in on following Monday. No medications were in stock on Monday and it's Friday now and has been a week with no medications! My husband has MS, so this is a big deal. Called CVS again today, still no meds. Told me to try a different pharmacy.

Take inurance but not compatible with medcost imo...time waster...do not schedule vaccines or prescriptions if you have Medcost insurance...

Seems that rudeness is a problem at this CVS. Based on your reviews , management might take a hint. Failure to fill a prescription properly, and then actually giving your customer an attitude due to your incompetence. Not ok, As a person getting life effecting meds filled at your location, I have every right to be upset if the medication is improperly filled. To have been given an attitude, and made to fill like I’m causing an issue for you , because , why should your customers expect you to do your job correctly. ( AT A Pharmacy ) There are limitations on refills, but you filled a 90 supply when it’s clearly listed as only two refills , this due to changes made monthly in the dosage, based on my lab work, and you did thiswithout even asking me if I was ok with you doing so. Not knowing if cost was going to be a factor either. And the really bad thing is I called a day prior picking up my prescription to confirm that it would be ready, since I was leaving out of town the following morning, was told it would be, and due to the errors that were made , I was made to feel like I’m the problem, and told very hatefully that I would have to wait even more time for the correction to be made. Very unprofessional. CVS do better.

Friendly staff, not sure why the reviews are so negative. They were fast and very friendly. Specifically all of the female staff in the pharmacy. I was in and out without a problem or any negative attitudes. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to use them.

Most companies rectify their errors. This location and CVS, at the locations I have visited, hold the customer accountable despite having record of the customer doing the right thing. There are better options out there for prescriptions. If you choose to shop at CVS, triple check your prescriptions before paying or you will be stuck with the bill for the errors. For CVS, please post your return policy in clear sight and ask customers to verify the prescriptions are correct before completing the transaction. Additionally, a little complaint management training might help your team to retain customers instead of infuriating them.

The people that work here are unbelievably rude! They even rolled their eyes at me because I asked them a question.

Rude. Cut me off while I'm speaking. Automatically filled prescriptions without permission which ended up messing up my insurance claim. This is my 2nd horrible experience with CVS. I'm switching. CVS has really gone downhill. The company is trying to do too much and should start with working on their customer service! The last thing people need is to deal with not being able to get their medicine AND a rude technician!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I was confronted by an extremely rude employee while looking at the nails and I had grabbed a pair that were already ripped from the wall and was not finished looking at the rest yet, and the pair I had in my hand was snatched away from me and the employee made an extremely snarky remark. Needless to say I didn’t get a pair of nails cause I was too scared to ask to get them removed from the wall. Never coming back. I don’t know why you had such a bad day and feel the need to be so mean to customers… but I really hope it gets better for you.
