The store is the cleanest of all other Dollar Tree stores in our area by far. The shelves are neatly straightened and full of a variety of items. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and are quick to get to a register when needed. LaTeisha Manager, Hope Merchandise Manager and their team are top notch.

Olivia is an excellent part of the staff there! Super friendly and happy to help! Makes me smile. The store is the cleanest and most organized of all Dollar Stree stores in the Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail areas. This girl should get a raise!

Amazing! I go their every month and the people their are wonderful but my only concern is that they need to keep the place clean and have more employees.
