“Huge shoutout to Freddy. Not only did he kindly take me as a walk-in at 3:45 on a Sunday when the shop was closing at 4, but he also repaired my back camera in under 20 minutes. He showed outstanding professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect for me as a customer. From what he shared about himself, it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. If there’s any mobile phone repair business in Charlotte that deserves every customer it gets, it’s this one. Freddy, you’re the man - more people should aspire to provide service like you do.
