Service, it's all about accommodating your customer as best you can. The manager, Alvin Hewitt Jr. at Life Storage, Mint Hill went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Nothing ruffles this guy and he always remained calm and professional. That's a tough job when you have three sets of customers all wanting help, like now! I would recommend this company especially at this location to anyone I know that needs storage mostly because I know Alvin will take care of them. I should add that the storage facility was very clean and tidy. Nice to see.
